In my opinion, they had a limited boots selection but then again I may be too picky. Definitely a nice collection of belts and other outerwear. I would like to see another aisle or so of boots per size.

Kids needed hats for the Rodeo! Lots of options. They each found one they loved (ages 13 and 18). Service was amazing. Lots of help available. Friendly service!

Complete bs that after spending almost 400 dollars in the store they want to charge for a bag for your items. Sounds like something you hear about in California. Wyoming and every other state that has common sense should ban this.

Jazmine was so unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend anyone going to this store and I won’t be back either. I’ve never been to a Boot Barn and had this kind of experience before.

My husband picked out a couple of shirts. I found nothing because quality is crap. The most incompetent check-out experience I have ever experienced. A 15 minute wait with only 2 people in front of me because the 2 girls on the registers could not stop talking to each other. Laughing and chatting as if they were only there to get attention. Like so like dumb like haha like ok. Owner has not trained the staff.

I had a great experience at the Jackson Hole Boot Barn! I had an event that required me to show up in my cowboy best, from boots to a hat. I walked in clearly out of my depth, and Emily, who was working and helping out from another location, was quick to get me everything I needed. It was much appreciated, and she did a great job. In addition to Emily’s stellar customer service, the store was well-stocked with everything you could need. Whether you’re a local looking for a one-stop shop or a visitor cosplaying as a Clint Eastwood character for the week, Boot Barn in Jackson has got you covered! Thanks again, Emily!
