For one - the kindness and friendliness of the people working there, and two, the $5 charge for us to fill up much needed water for our RV was a huge help as we headed to camp for the next two weeks off grid in the Tetons when much of the park was closed.”

“Fast. Courteous. Professional. Conveniently located. Customer service was over the top! The facility closes at 4:00 pm on Fridays, but both bays were occupied by other customers when we arrived at 3:40. The manager told me that they could not take any more customers that day, because they were already going to be busy until 4:00. My 78 year old sister’s husband just died a few weeks ago, and she needs her 1985 Honda to be trustworthy enough to get her (without her husband for the first time) back to her winter home 1000 miles away. The manager squeezed her in, got her oil and oil filter changed, topped off the fluids and the air in the tires and gave her the confidence to make the drive. Thank you Jackson Hole Express Lube!”
