what a great place! helped this mom from NC out with her stranded daughter living in Jackson. excellent response time and a huge help. battery switch and alternator test and she was good to go. Thank you thank you!

Great group of employees. The manager was super helpful and knowledgeable.
Really helped me out in a pinch back in March of 2025 when I needed to get home for the birth of my daughter and a storm rolled in that morning.
Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We went here to get our battery replaced. Tom was fantastic! He not only informed us that our battery was still under warranty but he cleaned the terminals, and checked the wiring and air filter. He is a personable, knowledgeable auto parts technician. We highly recommend this business! Great service! Thank you Tom!

We had a small puncture in our rental car tire and needed a plug kit. This was the part store that opened the earliest in Jackson. They had the plug kit that we needed and they even let us borrow an air compressor to pump the tire up after plugging. Great experience and super friendly people.

The dying art of customer service is alive and well at CarQuest. Jason was very knowledgable and approached my issue with a determination to get to the bottom of it. When I went to NAPA, the guys there just shrugged and didn't have any further recommendations when the first thing tried was not the solve. Thank you, Jason!
