Had a wonderful experience with Champu! My hair was natural for so long and I wanted a dramatic change but was nervous about how it would come out. I decided to try balyage in a silvery color with dark roots. Elisha did a wonderful job! She was realistic in what to expect trying to go so light with very dark hair, and was careful not to lift so much as to cause damage. She went above and beyond and spent extra time getting the shade just right. I opted for a long bob and absolutely love the color and cut combination. Highly recommend!

I have been traveling to Dallas to have my hair done for years as I had not been able to find someone I trusted here in JH to cut and highlight. When I tried to find someone here, I had a very bad experience at another local salon and so had decided I would have to just keep making the trip to Dallas whenever I needed a cut or highlight. Since I'm spending more and more time here, I really needed someone local I could go to without having to worry about making the trip to Dallas. Then I found May! Not only is she a delightful person, May gave me the BEST cut and highlight I've had since I can remember. And what a load off. Now I don't have to travel for fabulous hair! Thank you May!!!

Talk about recreating a haircut from a photo. I cannot say enough about Hannah and what an amazing job she did. I’ve been reluctant to get this cut bc I did not think anyone would do it so perfect. I love it and it is identical to the pic I brought in! Thank you Hannah!

I came in after having a bad experience at a different salon in town a week before and Hannah fixed me!! She made me feel so comfortable during my appt and 100% restored my confidence. I left with my dream hair and am so so grateful for her and her abilities <3 will definitely be coming back for future services!

I went in to get a touch up balayage with Elsha, and I loved it! She was really kind and funny as well. I 100% recommend her. I am so happy with my hair, and I appreciated how she made sure I was all ready to go for vacation!

May at Champu has been leveling up my hair for over a year since I moved to Jackson and has transformed me into the most perfect “lived-in” blonde. She listens to your vision and is patient with the process. My hair was medium length, dull and damaged when I met her and is now strong, healthy, and gorgeous even WITH slowly integrating different types of extensions into my hair as I get ready for my wedding without causing any damage. In fact, my hair is even growing faster and feels comfortable with the extensions in. She has educated me so much about my hair and scalp health and also recommends the best products for your needs. I have always walked out of her chair feeling gorgeous and so impressed by her attention to detail and ability to create the perfect look. Couldn’t recommend her more and think she’s the best stylist in JH!

I had a haircut with Olivia yesterday, and it's the best haircut I've had in Jackson after trying several salons! She listened to what I wanted and 100% delivered! Sad she's leaving us in November but if you need a cut before then, she's your girl!

I've been to see May multiple times and she does not disappoint! She did exactly what I asked for and worked with me to get my desired look. She was a pleasure to sit with and there was never a dull moment! The salon itself got a remodel and I love what they did with the place. They even offer nice drinks and have great music. Ive been in to see May about 4 times now and I can't recommend her enough. She took me to the exact chocolate brown color I wanted while keeping some dimension to it. I had a. Appointment but when I showed up women told me stylist called in sick which I understand but made no attempt to get another stylist and I am sure I wasn't the customer the stylish had. I have never shared a bad review before but I truly had a terrible experience. The person cutting my hair said “oh s**** & proceeded to panic. After the appointment, multiple people asked if I had tried to cut my hair myself or if something had gone wrong. Hate providing negative feedback, but paying over $100 for this haircut was not a great experience by any means. I was told the look was “editorial” but all I requested was a trim and light face framing. I would recommend trying a different salon in Jackson.Service: Haircut

I came in with my daughter and got my hair done by May, and while I sat under the dryer she did my daughter's hair and made her feel like a movie star. May was so sweet and we will definitely be back :)
