Went with my buddy Mark Mackay and enjoyed the whole Encounter experience. True artisan work and you walk out with a lid for life. Very low key high vibration setting that screams memory maker. I highly recommend this as a stop when visiting Jackson Hole.

This was an amazing experience for me and my husband. We both got hats here. He got a custom hat and if found one on the wall that was already perfect. Was a little pricey but the staff was awesome and the quality craftsmanship reflects the price.

Highly recommend getting a hat from here!! David was so kind and helpful! I was able to find the perfect hat for myself and with David's help the perfect hat band. David made it to absolute perfection!
