Could not add another driver both at the time of online booking or by the phone once the rental was confirmed. You want rentals confirmed to reduce waits yet nowhere in that process can a customer add a driver. As a result my party had to wait 4 hours for me at the airport.

Enterprise is my go-to choice for a car rental. We’ve never had any issues with them. Their customer service is above and beyond. At airports, they are fast and easy to check out a vehicle and to check in. We will continue to use Enterprise for years to come!

I use Enterprise often and have rented a car from this location on a couple of occasions. I have always been fortunate enough to have really good service here. This Enterprise Rent-A-Car is located inside Jackson Hole Airport. Both times I have flown into this airport, my car was ready for me upon arrival and the paperwork process has been quick and efficient. The customer service has always been nice too. The parking lot with the rental cars is just outside the terminal. It's a pretty short walk. The last time I rented from here, I was upgraded to a Red Camaro. I enjoyed having some fun in that car while cruising around Grand Teton National Park. Thanks for always making my trips to Wyoming stress-free and enjoyable.

I was given a choice of two nice cars.The one I chose has a slow air leak in one tire. When I told the counter person about it she asked if I could wait until she had taken care of all the people in line. (There was at least 8 people)When I returned the car at a different airport there seem to be some confusion about the car. Later I was asked what car I had and then the receipt didn't match the car. Not sure how that got so mixed up but it didn't really affect the transaction. I got a nice car at a good price without having to pay a punitive one way charge.

All of my rental experiences with Enterprise have been smooth and efficient. Not always the cheapest, but they are in the places I need them to be.My only gripe, is that I have NEVER gotten a car with clean windows. I have to pick up the car with window cleaner and a microfiber towel. Every time. Sadly, my most recent rental, I was not able to procure those items prior to, and struggled to find them after. It was frankly dangerous when the sun was low in the sky, traveling east in the AM, and west in the PM. I quite literally could not see.It's the same with every rental with enterprise. They really need to ensure their detailers have access to clean, dry towels.

Simple reservation made through my company’s logistics department. When I arrived at the rental office to retrieve my vehicle, the agent got me on my way in minimal time. Happy to do business with them in the future, whenever that may be.

I checked in for my Rental at one airport a day ahead of my arrival thinking it would stream line things. My flight got canceled and I ended up re-routing to another airport several hours away. I couldn't rent from new airport because my check-in was considered active at the original destination airport. Nobody answered the phone at the airport of the original reservation after trying to call for hours. It was impossible for anybody else at Enterprise to clear out my reservation without speaking to someone from that location (but again nobody would answer the phone over there). Enterprise offered me zero solutions to this problem and I ended up wasting hundreds of dollars getting a different rental from Hertz. Terrible system.

I accidently made 2 reservations when you flew into Jackson. When the agent pulled up the first rental it was 2x the price of the other. He said no problem we will use the other one instead. Fast forward 2 months I have received numerous notifications for outstanding balance on an invoice for the rental I did not use. The 800 number has been no help, they see both reservations and that one was paid for, but say only the rental office at the airport can correct this. Meanwhile there is no way to get ahold of anyone directly. I have since received a letter stating that my rental privilege's have been suspended with Enterprise, Alamo, and National. I have called enterprise over 5 times trying to resolve this matter with zero progress.

I didn’t care to get a car that oil needed changed (2%). Then had to go a shop and wait almost an hour for them to do it. They worked me in quicker than the two and half hours it was going to be. Other wise the car worked fine.

Easy check-in and short stroll to vehicle. However, the vehicle had a major electrical problem which we didn't discover until we checked in at our hotel. Drove back to the airport and Enterprise quickly replaced the vehicle with one that matched our needs. When we turned it in the process was accurate and fast. Very impressed with the service from Enterprise at this location. (Jackson Hole, Wyoming)

We reserved a luxury vehicle (Chrysler 300) for a weeklong trip from Jackson hole. When we arrived, I was told we did not have this vehicle although I had reserved it several months previously and had called the week before to make sure that the reservation was still active. I was told that they could put us in a Toyota RAV4, or a minivan.We went ahead and took the RAV4 since we had no other options, but it made for a very long week and a small vehicle. No one at the check-in desk was helpful, including the manager, who then gave me the telephone number of I guess another manager to try to call the next day. At that point, it wouldn’t have mattered.People around me were checking in and getting offered upgrades to SUVs but when I inquired all about this even offering to pay any additional price, I was told that was unavailableNeedless to say, I was disappointed as an enterprise frequent member . We were given a $60 discount, which was essentially paying the price for a full size vehicle instead of luxury… unfortunately money was not the option, it was the fact that we needed to be comfortable for our trip and enterprise let us down despite the reservation

Easy, friendly service. We experienced a sound in the car that we weren't comfortable with, as we were about to enter National Parks. They quickly changed our vehicle.

Worst check in process out of any of them. I already checked in online just to have to wait in a huge line to check in again. Totally pointless. Person checking us in was very nosy and tried to downsize our reservation because there was only 2 of us and he said "well you don't really have that much luggage" that's none of your business. If I want to rent an SUV and reserve one, you have no right to judge me for it. Disappointed. Will go with another brand in the future.

The desk was knowledgeable and got me on my way quickly. I was impressed by how quickly the representative got keys in my hand and got me on the road. The vehicle was exactly what I had reserved, clean, comfortable, and worked great throughout our trip. The return process was even easier. It was a very easy process, and I would rent from them again.

Picking up and returning the vehicle was very easy and the customer service person was professional. I am only giving three stars because the condition of the vehicle was not as expected. It only had 36,000 miles on it but the driver’s side carpet had a hole worn in it and the passenger side carpet had a significant tear. Also, there were numerous scratches all around the exterior. For nearly $100 per day cost, I expected a vehicle in better condition. To end on a positive note, the Toyota Highlander we rented drove nicely and performed very well.
