Had to ship an antique wood chair. We also had to pack some other breakable antiques. This location was very accommodating and even gave us some some extra packing paper they had. Very friendly too.

Beware! They are after your money and charge you the highest amount. Went in to print something, the assistant manager was helping me. He made me send the document via email to a fedex account - did that received a code all is well until now! Then, It took about 10 minutes to print, I had asked for a single page he printed 3 and then charged me for 3! After all this he mentions there are printing stations I could have used that are faster and cheaper!!!

Chris and Patrick are AMAZING. Above and beyond customer service. I dropped my ID and credit card INSIDE a piece of their furniture and they took easily 10-15 minutes to fish it out. On top of that, they were super efficient shipping my package and had nothing but knowledge, patience, and kindness. I wish all shipping establishments made my experience this positive. These employees need a raise!!

Nothing like misrepresenting a delivery. FedEx ground did not deliver at all. After wasting a lot of time, found out it was at their office.

Friendly staff but don’t come here if you are in a hurry, no one here is. Took about 45 minutes to purchase a label for a pre-packaged shipment.

Kim and Patrick today again doing a great job. I think they're understaffed compared to normal. I appreciated that Kim recommended I upgrade to a stronger box to protect my return items!
Parking nearby seems a bit tight unless they have rear (?) parking.
