Recently got a partial highlight and cut with Brooke and I couldn't recommend her more! The entire process was stress free and she was very helpful and great at understanding what I wanted. She transformed my hair and I am so grateful for her!

Awful rude people. Complete lack of professionalism on owners part. Even worse lack of experience with certain stylist. Dirty, old building.

Athena did my hair and makeup for an October elopement and I had such a positive experience. I had so much fun working with her, and she was willing to go above and beyond for me - doing my hair and makeup early in the morning and coming back later to touch up mine and my mother. She is responsive, talented and brought together my wedding day look flawlessly.

Athena came in on her day off to do my makeup and hair for my elopement pictures and did a great job! She was also so patient while doing it. I was worried I wouldn't find someone in time, but she saved the day!

Cynthia is such a gem! I came to Frost after getting a haircut at one of "the best" salons in the salt lake/park city area. I had a horrible haircut and I was very wary of even letting anyone try to fix it. I had several friends recommend Cynthia and wow were they right. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. I have very straight, asian hair that's usually tricky to work with and she knew exactly how to give me natural layers, volume and shine. I recently moved to Jackson after living in NYC and San Francisco for the last 10 years so my standards were very high. Cynthia is so talented, kind, and diligent in her work. I would recommend her to everyone!Services: Haircut

I tried Frost twice and saw a different stylist each visit.The color Frost uses is great and does not fade. Love it.The cut and styling, however, left a lot to be desired. My first cut was pretty basic. Went from long to a short bob. It was fine but nothing exciting.For my next visit, I wanted a radical change and brought a photo of the style. What I got was nothing remotely close to the style I wanted. Instead, I had a shapeless head of hair that already looked like it had grown out. Even while trying to mimic the photo at home, it was very apparent my hair wasn’t even cut to closely resemble it.Terrible and disappointing,It’s probably the worst cut I’ve had and certainly doesn't justify the price I paid(Over $200 with tip).I have had to go to a different salon to have it fixed.I expected so much more from a high end salon and I won’t be going back.Additionally, each visit I asked about specific products and neither stylist appeared too familiar with what they were selling and couldn’t or wouldn’t recommend anything.Service: Haircut
