“This gym is truly amazing. I have never been to a gym where I have found such joy in being pushed hard! All of the instructors are welcoming, accommodating of injuries, and supportive of everyone's efforts and levels. It's an intimate size - both in terms of square footage and in terms of class size - which I love because it doesn't feel intimidating in the slightest. There is a wide variety of classes offered - from pure strength, to cycling, to climbing, to barre. Literally something for everyone. VIM makes me look forward to working out! You should definitely try it out!”
