Considering Jackson Hole has very limited local furniture selections, this place is top tier! They carry amazing brands but also have a really good consignment selection. Chloe, the manager, is extremely kind and helpful and works very hard to run such a big store. They don't notify you if something you consigned sells (they'd be on the phone all day) but just remember to call and check in...not that difficult :) And then boom you get a check in the mail! Chloe, you are the best and very appreciated!

Place is a scam run by entitled 20 somethings. Dropped off a couple items in summer for consignment. Provided phone and email. Never heard a thing so stopped by. Cloey told me yes items had sold but "WE DONT NOTIFY PEOPLE IF THE ITEMS SELL." Cloey must like keeping peoples money without telling them Home Again owes them. Will never ever buy from them nor recommend them to anyone. 20 yr full time locals.

Had an amazing experience while browsing. I purchased a few small things and the saleswoman was extremely nice. She gave me and my friend her time and we had a fabulous experience. Thanks so much to Chloe and hope you have a very happy holidays!

Once again Chloe demonstrated she understands her business is built on extraordinary customer service. She listens, is conscientious of my budget and shares her tasteful ideas.

I am offended as a native American enrolled in a tribe just 3 hours from this store. They are using a tipi as their logo. This store isn't owned by a native American and does not sell native American items

We just moved here from out of state and there are really no furniture stores in the area so we stopped by hoping for the best. As another yelper wrote we got absolutely NO greeting from anyone. In fact we got looked at then the associate looked away. It was not busy, we were one of two customers shopping. I am not sure how old you have to be or what you have to look like to get acknowledged but clearly we did not fit the bill. As someone who previously owned a similar retail store I can tell you that every customer no matter what should be acknowledged at some point in their shopping experience in a store like this. Happy to take our business somewhere else and furnish our new home with the help of another establishment.

We have just moved to Jackson and needed a few things for our new home. There are not a lot of furniture stores here (none really) and I wanted to shop locally if possible. Home Again did not disappoint! I brought my designer with me, an established professional who has helped me with other projects. We were both delighted with the service, safety around CoVid (masks, hand sanitizer, sanitized pens, bathroom cleanliness, and pleasant, helpful employees on all FIVE of our visits to the store. We purchased a fabulous sectional which retailed for 3x what we paid and was is almost new condition. A coffee table and lovely rug also good buys. As well, a solid mahogany kitchen table with leaf and 6 great chairs for what two of the chairs would have cost new. They were also extremely helpful in directing us to movers who brought everything over and carefully placed and adjusted it in our home at a very reasonable price. The only reason that I do not give a 5 star review is that on two other side chairs that I bought the legs are loose and I will return them and see how they handle that. Otherwise, don't hesitate to go in often and see what is new on the floor. It seems to change frequently and is always interesting.

This used to be a favorite shop of mine in JH, but sadly the customer service was truly lacking so I will not be back. Came in today to find a gift for my dad who is letting us spend a few weeks at his cabin. Found a pretty rug that had potential, but when I asked if I could pay for it, then bring it back if the colors did not match his existing bedroom decor, the sales woman refused. Her excuse was that the shop would be closed for the Fourth of July weekend and the consignor was coming to retrieve the rug on Monday. I explained that I was 90% sure the colors would work, but wanted to be sure since the rug was $200 and that I could bring it back first thing Monday morning, but she refused again, this time without explanation. I decided to roll the dice and purchase the rug despite her refusal to accommodate my request. My mother in law also made a purchase. At checkout when my mother in law asked to use their restroom, a different sales woman said “we don’t have public restrooms but you can use the gas station across the street.” Seriously? We just spent over $300 in your shop and you are not even willing to extend the courtesy of letting an older patron in the vulnerable subset of our community during a pandemic use your bathroom!? Ridiculous and inexcusable. Maybe the staff here all woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, or maybe they treat people like this regularly. Nice rug, poor service. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Worst shopping experience ever. The store owner was incredibly rude and not helpful at all and her store associates were obviously trained by the owner in customer service. The entire store was extremely overpriced even considering Jackson Hole standards I was looking at a coffee table book that had a $250.00 price tag on it that Amazon also carried for $18.00 !! Nice mark up.. I was never greeted and after almost an hour in the store I finally was asked if I had any questions. I was just amazed how I was treated especially by the owner of the store it was a terrible experience from the moment I walked through the door. I have an entire home to furnish and I can guarantee one cent will not be spent at this establishment. Save your money and your time and avoid this place !

This is a consignment and resell shop. Somewhat on the high end, but they have a lot of unique items. Being that it is consignment/resell, most of what they do have is one-of-a-kind things. You can spend a fun bit of time simply walking around and looking. There are occasional things uniquely local, so it's possible to find a souvenir of the area you won't find anywhere else. Very good parking. The staff varies, for the most part helpful if you ask. Seems no "pressure to buy".
