I had a great experience this year having this office do my taxes. I am transitioning from an employee to being self employed and they saved me a lot of money and took the time to explain everything. The office manager Darcy took an hour out of her day to just help me understand some of the nuances about being self employed and how to minimize my tax liability. They have earned my business for all my future tax and financial planning needs.

Until this year, I have always had a great experience with the Jackson branch of H&R Block. Kind, on time, and professional. Unfortunately, because I requested to change to another H&R Block professional due to multiple mistakes during the preparation of my taxes, the owner of this office became irate and began to yell profanities at me. I am shocked at the level of disrespect shown to a customer who was respectfully advocating to work with a professional who could prepare taxes independently with no errors. Projecting your stress that correlates to your lack of experienced staff is not the fault of your customers.

Excellent experience. I was in & out within an hour with a nice refund. Their preparer was on top of everything and was very pleasant to deal with. I will use them next year for my taxes
