Update - Class wasn’t for me, super overstimulating so I had to leave early but they were super understanding and refunded me for the class. Smoothies and snacks served in the cafe was a nice touch.

Stopped by their Sunday soulful class on my trip in Jackson and it was a great class! Challenging but also fun. They also have incredible customer service. Would recommend!
