Do not go here if you breakdown!! They will refuse to look at your Ford vehicle even if you know the issue and know it can be fixed in 15 minutes. Like talking to a brick wall, just constantly repeating that they have a big backlog

I spend many summers in Jackson Wyoming and I'm used to the exorbitant prices charged, but Jackson Ford text the cake. I took a key fob in to have it programmed and cut. The charge for the labor to do this was $198. Totally exorbitant. I would not recommend taking my bicycle to Jackson Hole Ford due to their outrageous pricing practices.

We had an appointment yesterday and showed up on time ,checked in with Nick, and in 2 minutes he took our car in for the service. He said this won't take much time.After 2 cups of their coffee, he brought our car up and said you are ready to go.He was very polite, the dealership was clean and everyone was very nice to deal with.We have never had this much professionalism in a car dealer.Thank You, Jackson Hole Ford.Ken & Karen Graham

Whoever that is answering the phone for the service department is not welcoming, nor helpful. I get the impression that they only desire to do service and warranty work. I will never go here for anything. If it's the only place to get a specific ford part, I will order it first. Keep your vibes there J.Hole Ford.

Don’t even bother going, non existent customer service. As a traveler (mid-September) being stuck far from home with significant mechanical problems is really unpleasant (2020 F150). This outfit would not even come to the parking lot to look at the truck, best response was leave it and we might look at it in Mid-October. Took the truck to private garage and was taken right in, promptly diagnosed and professionally repaired when the parts needed were overnight delivered. Would have given NO stars if possible, what a joke of a Ford dealer.

As I was driving from Jackson to Star Valley my "check engine" light came on. It was very hot and I had 2 dogs in the car. Rob, at Jackson Ford, was very helpful. He moved a car in their parking lot so I could park my car in the shade while I waited. After diagnosing the problem, he was able to get the "check engine" light off and told me the reason. I was very grateful for his great customer service and thoughtfulness. I will definitely be a returning customer to Jackson Hole Ford!
