Seth and Casey in the service department really went above and beyond to help me with service on my ram 2500. I had a last minute breakdown before a family vacation and they got me sorted and back on the road quickly and basically saved the vacation.Great people and great work, would recommend.

They couldn't fix my Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summitt Reserve Red fully loaded. Yes the one they are trying to sell now to you. They couldn't fix for us they now fixed for you. We started a lemon law case against this car. Problem Suspension System air bag. They tried four times to fix for us! Now they can fix it. Then they sold us a Wagoner with none of options that the L had. They are not to be trusted or believed.

I took my 2006 Jeep Wrangler in I told them I thought it needed a new rear u-joint. Two days later they gave me a laundry list of things wrong excluding the rear u-joint. my local shop replaced done!

Terrible customer service!! Good luck ever getting the Service department or getting a return call if you actually get ahold of someone to leave a message.. they have a voicemail that doesn't allow for leaving a message either.

I contacted the sales email off the website on 5/3 interested in getting a lease quote on an incoming gladiator. I received an email from Kelbe shortly after asking what info I was interested in. I listed in detail what I was looking for a lease quote and trade quote for my current vehicle. I explained the term, down payment, mile allowance I was looking for and included my trade payoff, VIN, and pictures. Kelbe said no problem I can get that info for you. I didn't receive any further contact that day. Then nothing the day after that and then again nothing the day after that. I simply assumed those were his days off and said I'm not in a rush so it's all good I'll wait to here from him. I am a busy person and honestly put it in the back of my mind then yesterday 5/11 I emailed him again asking if I could get the lease numbers we talked about last week. He proceeds to ask me what unit I was interested in and other details we had discussed the week before. I was a little taken aback by this. Kelbe we already discussed this info and you even have it in your email. No need to embarrass yourself by asking for it again. Simply look at our email chain and you'd find the info you are looking for. Then this morning 5/12 I get a lease quote. Not only was my trade in value insultingly low. $4k below the lowest trade number from KBB. And he listed the mile allowance of 10,000/yr. Which is literally the complete opposite of what I asked from him. I have worked in the brand supported car dealerships for the last 8 years. Everything from lot attendant to service advisor to finance manager. I gave Kelbe every benefit of the doubt because I understand how this business operates. If I were you I'd probably avoid Yeti but at the very least stay away from Kelbe at all costs.

Rocky Mountian Yeti was amazing to deal with. They worked diligently to secure financing, and a truck that I absolutely love. The process was quick and painless. I was in and out super fast. Everything about the financing was explained to me step by step. Their staff is absolutely amazing. This is the only dealership I will deal with from now on.

We were on a two week trip in our 2019 Dodge with our camper and it started running rough and the dash was indicating service was needed. We were in Grand Teton NP so we called this dealership. Floyd and his crew were amazing. They got us right in and assessed the issue as a computer update. The update was done in 30 minutes and we were back on the road enjoying our amazing trip. Thank you!

This company sold me a car without the codes to get into it. It was sold at a price that was 13000 more the elsewhere. Also sold a service contract that my local dealership would not honor. They said they would do all the registration of the car. About a month later they mail me the paperwork to do it myself enquiring late fees and 2350.00 in fees and sales taxes. All this I was assured was covered now I found I got the shift. Dan in Texas

Bought a truck here in May. Long story short, 7 months later finally got plates but they calculated the tax incorrectly. I had to pay out of pocket (7mo later) $800. Taxes are taxes however be aware of incompetence that could cost YOU later. Dealership not willing to help.

Worth the drive to Idaho Falls..... took 7 calls over the whole week to get anyone to answer the phone, then took two weeks to get an appointment for service. They charged $350 for various diagnostics without fixing a thing, including charges for fixing things that remain issues. Quotes $2700 to fix various issues. We asked to have parts ordered to fix the biggest problems(as much as we could afford), then never heard back from them and no one answered the phone for almost a month after that. $800 later in Idaho Falls and we have all the problems dealt with. Two thumbs down. Friends warned us that the service here was bad, but we took a chance due to convenience and it came back to haunt us.

I took my vehicle here for a check engine light. They said it was a misfire from cylinder #3. I requested them to change that spark plug, to which they quoted me 5 hours labor. I went home and swapped the plug in under 15 minutes and all is well. They're pretty proud of the scanner they used as they charged me for an hours labor ($147/hr!!!) to plug it in. I went back and explained that the plug swap took me 15 minutes and they replied "I have to go with what my mechanic tells me."

I received a solicitation from YETI Jeep in the form of a chance to win cash. I opened the little doors to see if I had the winning numbers. YES!! I called and went to the website and it confirmed I just won $2500 cash!! I drove to Jackson to get my winnings....oh but there was a very small hard to see section with only a couple of words saying I only won a chance to win. WOW! Such deception!! Anyone that spends that much effort to deceive (lie) to a potential client will NEVER get my business. I don't like liars, they are bad people. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from YETI Jeep/Ford in Jackson Wyoming. By the way, this really bothers me. The people in Wyoming are great honorable people.
