I thought I would take a chance on placing an online order from “Made” for an advent calendar. I paid for expedited delivery but unfortunately, it doesn’t tell you what delivery company they use or how fast it is. It just says cutesy phrases like “found something good” meaning you want it fast. I want to know how it’s being sent and the estimated time frame but like I said I thought I would take a chance because they have cool things. Boy was that a mistake. They use the United States Post Office which is so unreliable and takes forever even if you purchase expedited delivery. Had I know. They USPS, I never would have ordered from them knowing I wouldn’t be able to count on it being delivered timely. So when the tracking number they gave me kept saying label has been printed just awaiting item to aaruve at shipping facility. Well it said that for three days then just disappeared on my end. I called made and they weren’t any help or even seemed to care. They said they could give me the shipping department’s email address and I could email them. Well that’s not helpful because you have to wait until they read it and respond to it and that takes several days. So I’m stuck! Made is no help with this at all. I will never order from them again. Maybe they are fine if you shop at their store in Jackson Hole, but I don’t suggest online ordering with them. They use USPS and don’t care about it once it leaves their hands. It’s themn up to the customer to figure things out and find out if their package is actually moving through the system or lost. USPS is not a reliable way to ship items, tracking is poor and you cannot count on it being delivered.

Great selection of perfectly curated gifts, cards, candles, housewares. These guys run a perfect, authentic and original shop you won't find anywhere else. It's a must stop in Jackson.

This place has some cute stuff, but the prices carry a heavy tourist-tax and the employees are rude. The loyalty rewards program is not honored and I'm not sure why they even have one. The owner seems like he has a chip on his shoulder. Shop at your own risk.

Newest update: lol, check out the owners snarky reply. That's the kind of person you're supporting when you buy from this shop. Total jerk. He still owes me a greeting card. At no point has he offered me one (until he snarkily did just now lol) what a total jerk. New update: owner is a confirmed egotistical jerk. He still owes me a greeting card. Update: I spoke to the owner John, who is just as confused about his own loyalty reward program as his employees. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anybody. I joined their rewards program and both times I got a free item for purchases and the staff were really weird and downright rude about it. They tried to not give me my free sticker, and then this last time I got a free greeting card which the associate just flat out denied. Not a big deal, but don't have a rewards program and not honor it. Never shopping here again. You owe me a free greeting card.

All sugary items arrived to me in Fort Laud, FL, within a week of ordering, in perfect condition, despite no ice/cool pack inside the box. My chocolate did not melt, not even a little bit. Everything tastes oh so good, especially the addictive dark chocolate covered malt balls. If for better containers to contain the chocolate items, this would be a 5-star rating. The paper tabs tear upon opening and resealing the chocolate and lemon drops. I had to use duct tape to reseal my items, but if you finish your sweets in one sitting, you'll be happy.

I love this place because it has a unique selection of interesting clothing, jewelry, and souvenirs from local purveyors and artists. I am most fond of the Give’r gloves and mittens I’ve gotten there. Although you can now get them online and in some other stores they were a Jackson original first (I think).

I recently had gift hampers made for my girlfriends for a weekend visiting Jackson Hole. I just gave MADE a budget, and they created the most beautiful, tasty and commemorative hamper that I could imagine. The selections were very thoughtful and my girlfriends loved them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So freaking cute. If I lived here, I would get every birthday / Christmas / shower gift here. Wanted to buy every card in the store but they also had so many other cute items. Settled on some cute postcards and a tiny little thank you card. But may go back before I leave to get bday gifts! Just FYI: bring cash if you only plan to buy a card. They have a $5 minimum on credit card purchases.

I literally just walked in and not even 5 minutes later the employees were gossiping to each other making fun of me right in front of my face. They called me ugly in Spanish (fea) and said that I looked like Chucky because I have a more goth/alternative style. I was literally just smelling a candle and minding my business. I would get it if I was being rude but I literally just walked in there.Edit post owner response: Not that I'm still sour about it, but I find that very hard to believe considering the fact that they were looking directly at me the entire time, I was the only person in the store, and I literally heard what they said, but idk peace and love. I'm never going in there again, but I'm sure other, more normal-looking people will have a nice time. It's still an interesting store and I'm not trying to come for anyone's job, I just did not appreciate that experience.

We didn't end up with anything from the shop but it was a good location for items that would be great memories from your trip.

This Lodge had none of the “lodge” feelings. Small lobby, no restaurant, bar closed 4 out of 7 nights. Breakfast was fine, thankful. Courtesy shuttle was the best into town (and to the hospital for me). Staff friendly, rooms spacious (could use a makeover). Photos are deceiving. For $500+ a night, NO.
