“I cannot speak highly enough of Grit General, especially one of the owners Kate. An unfortunate situation happened to me when I purchased a beautiful grail piece made by Freenote Cloth. I actually purchased it from another retailer. When it was delivered it had water damage, the box was wet and there was a water stain on the piece, this crushed me. There were only 13 piece made. I quickly called the store where I purchased who stated this piece was sold out in my size, even Freenote themselves did not have any left. I quickly found out that Grit General was one of the only other stores that were able to carry this piece. I called and spoke with Kate and explained what happened. She was so kind, helpful and accommodating. She did in fact have one left in my size left and would hold it until I was able to rectify the situation with a refund in the other store, which they ultimately did.Kate, stayed in communication with me via text the throughout the entire easy process, keeping me informed and letting know not to worry, that she took care of it. This piece was so beautiful that her husband (the other owner) saved one for himself in my same size. Kate told me that if anyone came in and wanted to buy a Medium she would even send me the one her husband saved for himself! Thank goodness I did not crush his dream of having this piece also! We can both wear them proudly!She shipped the piece out and when it arrived, I was so impressed with the care she took packing it, that even my wife said "this girl knows what's up, I want to be friends with her". Kate, also included a personal note which was greatly appreciated. From a customer service standpoint they exceed a 5 star rating. Although what initially happened was unfortunate, Kate took every measure to offer extreme customer care. From this experience alone I will now be a ongoing customer and highly recommend Grit general.”

“There are various apparel souvenir shops surrounding the town square. Many of them have low price / low quality merchandise. This one has the higher quality and a higher price. I wanted to buy a nice cap and my wife wanted a nice sweatshirt so we purchased from here as the quality difference is noticeable in comparison to the low cost places.”

“Went for jeans. They had lots of brands and styles and sizes. Looked like because of staffing shortages the jeans weren't perfectly in order, but I was happy to have so many choices. My cashier lady was a hoot, we talked about how to break them in. She mentioned that when she was a teenager she'd toss her new jeans into the horse paddock and leave them for a couple of days.”

“My husband wanted to stop in here and look around for a few things. I was not very interested because we have an Eddie Bauer in our hometown. However, we thought the selection was great and I found an awesome jacket on sale. Who doesn’t love a good sale? :-) As always, the quality of the items in EB are great. This is a perfectly placed Eddie Bauer.”

“So my employer arranged a team bonding trip. This area was absolutely breathtaking! I really enjoyed myself and I want to go back. ❤️❤️❤️ The zip lining was amazing, the ski ride was super scary lol ? but it was on of the best experiences I’ve been exposed to.”

“I love Stio. I've bought a bunch of their clothes. I just bought a pair of pants last week. I was so excited to finally get into the flagship store while visiting Jackson Hole from Salt Lake City. I just need to make this comment because it's really a shame to have such a beautiful high-end store here but the two women that were working there this evening basically had personalities of zero. They stood behind the desk the entire time, did not make eye contact with anyone unless we came up to them. Even when I bought a pair of pants, I felt like I was a nuisance invading their private territory. This would have been a 10 star review had they just been even a little bit personable. Maybe one smile. I have to admit this put a damper on my visit here.”
