The machines look new and maintained. There are washers in multiple sizes to handle large items as well.
When I had an issue with a machine, they were quick to respond and remedy the situation.
Great hours. Clean restroom, free wifi, and change machine provided.

Very clean and machines in good working order. Opened at 7am which was a huge bonus. Clean restroom, wifi and plenty of baskets and folding space made it an easy place to do laundry. I was there early and the owner or operator opened it at 6:55 and apologized for making we wait?! As a tent camper looking for a place to knock out some laundry I really appreciated the Missing Sock.

Super clean and plenty of washers and dryers. Cost to dry is a bit steep (4 min per quarter), and is the same for any temperature setting.

Clean, fast and plenty of machines. Got busy quick! loved the jumbo washer/dryer option as we needed to wash bedding of camper van.

I used your laundry and my clothes got stock in the machine ,it’s broken and I called your number at least 15 times today ,I left a voice mail ,no one got back to me ,for costumer service ,this why you got 1 star .

Multiple machines that won't take any quarters. A place that sees this much business should be able to afford basic maintenance.

Went to wash my cloths today. Washers worked. When it was time to use a dryer. There was a few dryers out of order. Then some dryers had clothes in them, but unattended. Wish there was an on site worker that would start removing unattended clothes so others can use the dryers.

Dryer stole money. No one said they worked there. Man standing over my laundry, which made it uncomfortable to leave clothes.

Plenty of machines, not a lot of walking or sitting space for the number of people that were there when I was in. About .50 more expensive than nearby places per load. It didn't seem the machines or interior were cleaned or maintained often but suitable when passing through.
