“Dylan went above and beyond to make sure me and several others got new phones and service set up. My wife's phone was toast and we needed something fast. When I walked in the store it was clear it would be a while. Dylan stayed after hours to help me and had a great attitude. His willingness to help customers and work through connection issues showed.”

“Needed to get a replacement phone because the other was crushed roadkill. The person was very helpful. The old phone had a sd card that he had to download to his computer and reformat and reload to the SD card in the new phone. It took at least 2 hours. He stayed for a half-hour after closing to finish. All this for a $250 phone. I asked if we owed him anything more and he said no. Imagine if you bought a $1000 phone.”
“I have transacted business with the Jackson, Wyoming AT&T store for over 26 years. This year our family will have spent over $4,000 in iPhone upgrades. From time to time I have had difficulties that the 611 help line won’t resolve, and who are completely unhelpful most of the time. However, Daniel T. in the Jackson store always is helpful and works to resolve problems and difficulties, as he just did today 10/31/23. Thank you Daniel as always! Dave ;0)”
