Best pistachio latte !!!!!! Almond croissant was super fresh and flaky . Banana bread was good . Oats and cranberry cookie was okay . Chocolate cake didn’t really have much flavor . Super cute set up . Not many

Longtime favorite of mine! The grilled cheese is unbelievable and the pastries are otherworldly. The sweets are not overwhelmingly sugary, which I greatly appreciate, and there’s always a unique variety available.

Our focused menu, highlights French favorites and Wyoming riffs, using only the best ingredients throughout. We source from over 20 local farms, ranches and dairies to create dishes with sustainable and fresh food from our region. All cafes offer our breakfast menu all day, and lunch beginning after our morning bread delivery. Pastry is sold day of only and lasts until it sells out! Our kitchens close daily at 3pm.
