Whenever we travel to Jackson for work we try a different hotel. Although this was not you upscale place to stay it was clean, neatly decorated in the country style and had a great receptionist checking us in. The rooms were quite big and cozy. I love the private balcony!!!! There was no breakfast served but we usually don't eat breakfast so no big deal. The coffee was wonderful and fresh. Rooms were not new but weren't old. I will definitely stay here again!!

Great location. Very pet friendly. Our girls enjoyed their little doggie baskets from the front desk. Easy to walk anywhere. We were sad to learn from the Camera shop that the property had been purchased and may be torn down its really a great place to stay!Walkability: Right downtown in Jackson. Easy to walk for food and shopping.

Right off the Square, few blocks from Snow King. Decent price for off season. Large room, has fans/heaters in room and bathroom. So comfort and privacy.Walkability: Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and the Bars. Cowboy Bar, Silver Dollar, and More.

Great location! You can easily walk to the town center park and shops and restaurants. Huge rooms, with everything you could need. And the balcony was amazing! Beautiful views of the fall leaves! My kids loved it.

This was our third stay and will stay here on future trips to Jackson & the Tetons. Perfect location in walking distance of the Town Square and all its stores and restaurants and other great places a block from the Town Square. There is no breakfast offering but so easy to walk to several great breakfast restaurants. Room was very clean. Loved the huge private balcony with table and chairs. Layout of rooms was excellent. A variety of room types in a range of prices. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Again we will always stay here on our Jackson/Teton visits in conjunction with Yellowstone visits.

This place was a great home base for visiting Grand Teton NP and Yellowstone, as it is 15min from GTNP. Also, it is right downtown and reasonably priced for the location. Jackson is a very cool city!

Location of this place is great but the Ranch Inn is falling apart. We originally were given a room with two queen beds that didn’t have a working shower and the drain was clogged so water was not draining. We also had a huge mystery stain on the floor and dead bugs all over the room. Our room did not look like the pictures online. After having the front come try to fix these issues they eventually gave us a new much smaller room with only one bed. We had to repack all of our stuff and move it to the new room. We asked for a small discount because of the smaller room and inconvenienced but they refused. Highly recommend staying away. Will update review if management contacts me.

Surprisingly nice motel- very clean, the friendly desk clerk gave a welcoming gift for our dog, our balcony had a view of a ski resort, and it was a block from the main square. We didn’t know what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. Jackson Hole is expensive in peak season, and this was comparable to other motels in price, but was the best of the three motels we stayed in and the most central.

I will never stay here. Management is very unhelpful and very poor customer service.

I paid $351 for one night and I didn’t get to stay here. I booked through Booking and somehow the date I chose got changed. I asked both companies for solutions. Maybe to stay a different night later in the weekend or a partial refund. But they just kept putting the blame on each other and refused to work with me. It feels like they work together to scam people. Never stay here or use Booking to reserve a room. Very poor customer service. No compassion.

With this motel, you pay for the location. We came in late august and paid about $370 a night. Pros: dog friendly (with grass nearby), cheap pet fee ($25/stay), clean, daily house keeping, friendly people, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops in Jackson. Cons: shabby decorations (we had a poster from 2000 in our room), blinds kept falling down which made it hard to access the balcony, insufficient outlets for modern electronics (2 outlets for the whole room), limited hot water in the bathroom (I had to take a cold shower), our tub didn't drain well, no breakfast provided, no elevator serving our side of the building, the hotel lobby is only open 7 am -10 pm (which meant that I couldn't get coffee before we left for the day, even though they provide it in the lobby), one paid washer and dryer which made the process longer. I enjoyed the downtown area, but this hotel wasn't worth the price.
