We only needed our unit for 1 month but felt we were provided the care and customer service of a multi-year renter.
The space was clean, safe and accessible. There’s no locked gate entry to the units but cameras everywhere and hey it’s Jackson, people don’t even lock up their bikes ?.
Only critique is there’s a fair amount of mud in the lanes to the units when it rains. A few dumps of gravel would fix that problem.”
