“Overall, my experience has been good here. For anyone complaining about not getting delivery service and/or the annoyances with addressing, it’s the compromise we make for living in a smaller town. This is now the 3rd place I’ve lived with exactly the same process. The hours are MUCH better than my previous PO- which was 9am-4pm and only Monday-Friday. Also, the other post office in town has differing hours and just a few blocks away. We decided on getting our box at this one specifically because their hours lined up better for us. I’ve had the occasional issue with tracking showing delivered but not yet in my box. It’s always showed by by 6pm that day though. I send and receive a lot of packages and it’s been pretty consistent as far as their process goes so I always know what to expect. I’ve never had an issue with packages that were addressed to my physical address. With my box # listed at the end of my name, it’s always showed up in my box (at least 5-10 packages so far). Overall, the staff has been pleasant with me and helpful when I had questions. No, we don’t get the full USPS perks that we would in a city, but for the services that they do provide, it’s been overall good and consistent.”

“Just came in to drop off something I sold on eBay.Gentleman was very polite and took care of me right away. First time coming here so my review is pretty basic but it looked well kept and the staff were busy working away on getting peoples packages shipped out. Nothing really to complain about. Just watch the parking area as it can get extremely busy there with the Kroger and gas station and people drive a little nuts in front of the store.”
