The employees of the pharmacy are great!
However the automated phone system for prescription refill is easily the most aggravating experience that I've had!
And you have to endure it everytime you call in a prescription refill. I'm done with it! I'm moving my business to someone else!

I'm not sure what the problem is here, but this pharmacy sucks and I just started coming here. I already want to switch pharmacies again! I have to assume management is the problem because it starts at the top! Customer service is HORRIBLE. Rude employees. They don't follow through with tasks. They don't seem to care or like their jobs at all. The only good thing is that my prescriptions are less expensive at Smith's. I will be speaking with a manager if I have one more problem at this pharmacy!

This is the same as Harris Teeter, Fred Meyer, Ralph's, etc. per my partner, has the cheapest groceries in Jackson. Was very clean and had several self-check-out kiosks. Can request no receipt, which automatically makes it four stars. Good fruit selection. Idk it's a standard chain grocery store. You can ride there on the bike path, which is cool!

This pharmacy is embarrassingly unprofessional. On multiple occasions I called to confirm they have my prescription ready, only to arrive and be told they never received my prescription in the first place. Be sure to count your pills for any prescriptions filled here, as twice they gave me 1/3 of the 30 my prescription called for. When I confronted them, they claimed the 10 pills are all my doctor sent in? This made no sense as the prescription on the bottle listed 30 pills and I was charged the price for 30 pills. The employees here are either grossly incompetent or outright liars, and either way they lost my business

They advertised 18 oz blueberries for $2.99 for Jan 4 through 10. Non of those packages available on Jan 7 but they were offering 6 oz packages for $2.50. Practically the definition of bait and switch. I asked for a raincheck. Manager at the service desk says they don't do rainchecks any more.

Hours listed say they close at 8pm. I’ve been calling since 7pm. I need help filling a prescription. Answer the phone during operating hours. Your job is to help people get their medication… sorry for the inconvenience. Do your job! It kind of matters.
