Beyond disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. We chose the snow king resort for my friend's bachelorette and from the second we arrived to the day we left this place was nothing but rude and condescending towards us. The manager Matthew Cooper wanted to set up meetings to talk to us while we were on vacation as he had a "list" of things to go over with us. He threatened to kick 13 girls out and leave them with no place to sleep during a snow storm for no reason at all. Manager even went to the extent of canceling the bride and 12 other girls spa day that was booked months prior due to an "inconvenience". Later to find out that speaking to the spa concierge that there was no inconvenience and that Matthew cancelled all the appointments and stated to the concierge "not to allow us". The whole trip we felt attacked as no matter what we did they found a way to ruin it. We ran into another bachelorette party there and the girls experienced the same thing. One of them even got a door slammed in her face! Lastly, the mother of the bride arrived and in her hotel room there was a towel with human feces and manager Matthew stated that it was her doing. Unbelievable behavior that should not go unheard or unseen. Please do not stay here!!!!

We really liked Snow King! Our room was clean and the attendants were all very nice. It was central to everything and family friendly ! I am a harsh critic and don't believe they deserve such a low rating overall. We'd absolutely return !

We have filed a chargeback request because Snowking resort will not give us our refund and refuse our phone calls. They have lied and said they mailed a check multiple times and after a month of not receiving the check, they have stopped answering any of our phone calls/emails. This refund was from a cancelled trip, well within their time policy and for a good chunk of change; our next step is to file in small claims, no company should be allowed to treat customers this way.

100% disappointment ‼ Never had such a bad experience and I stayed at Motel 6 where I had no expectations. We have checked in with 3 different women. They were keep passing to each other our ID and credit card and continuing from where the other ones left off( at least this is how it looked like). I have asked about the package( breakfast was included) that is advertised on their fb and instagram profile and they said it doesn't apply to us because we have booked with Expedia which was cheaper unless we had booked directly with them($$$). This "small" detail was NOT in the ad. No one at the front desk welcomed us or even faked a smile. It felt like a burden for them working here. It was such a headache for me. Anyway, "3y later" we got the rooms and I will show you what you get for +$250 per day in the next pictures. For the following days, the housekeeping did not come to pick up/ change the garbage, towels etc. They also don't greet people or smile. They don't offer any discounts if you stay with them and rent gear from the store which I find odd. I was expecting at least this. On the day of the check out, my husband was looking to do some laundry and asked Heather from front desk if there is any on the 2nd floor and she said the only one is on the 1st floor. Guess what, it's on both. Working for a hotel and you offer false information? At the check out, I went and asked for the invoice and to my surprise, my credit card( since we checked in) was not even on file and ofc, she ( Heather Gay) was asking for it again. Please remember, 3 women, included Heather checked us in and now they don't have the credit card info in their computer. Is this professional? Were these people taken from the street and they don't have any training? What's the deal? Now, we asked for the police to come in, bc at this point we had no patience with these people. It was their mistake and they refuse fixing it. She said bc we refuse paying, she is calling the police ON US and she said she is aware that we have parked the semi truck( which we had the permits for) like it's some kind of crime doing this. Some people are not aware they would die of hunger if there were no more semi trucks. She came back with her phone having some manager on the line asking us to pay even if it was their mistake. The police was not even called. Please, feel free to draw your opinion on these situations. Most probably someone from the hotel will give a reply saying to call the customer service or something similar. Just so you know, don't waste your time. I went to Snow King Spa to schedule a Spa day with Paul whom is always super pleasant and quite professional.And I had a 5 min discussion with Oaul ( the host of the spa privately when this lady named Ann whom told me she doesn't even work there but barges in on my private conversation with The host of the spa and started repremand me and began questioning me with an angry look on her face ! We were in a private room and there was zero other guests in the Spa ! I then received an important business call and she began to tell me to take my call out of the lobby ! This lady had no idea whom she's being tune to and has no idea that I'm there scheduling a spa day and was extremely pushy extremely rude and not welcoming! Questioning my intentions of why I'm even there and made me feel in welcomed and disrespectful to me on every level! This lady ( Ann ) doesn't know how to treat people ! Or even how to speak to people ! She shouldn't be around guests because of this and especially when I arrived she made it clear to me she doesn't even work there when I asked for her help because Paul the main host was not even there and told me just to wait till he gets back from where ever he had to go briefly.and then started to insert her authority as if she's the GM and running the place ! If she was the GM manager then she should have helped me from the beginning rather then tell me she didn't work there and tell me to wait for Osul when I specifically asked if she works there and if she can help me And after all she starts throwing her wait around spying on my conversations in a separate empty room trying basically to ask me to leave. Unbelievably rude and an unprofessional approach ! Next time Ann I suggest you be more courteous, respectful, and understanding to clients, especially with the place is empty with zero people

I was shocked to find out when we checked in that there was an additional $37 per night fee. We chose Snow King for value for the money. this additional charge and expensive breakfast left us unsatisfied. I call this bait and switch.

Low Quality and high price. Rooms are small and outdated. The pool area is small and they charge a resort fee. it is not the staff that was a problem it was the property. Not worth the price. I would not stay there again.

Came for a ski trip back in January. Wonderful staff & incredible experience. Restaurant upstairs has amazing food. Definitely recommend going to the rodeo or a hockey game depending when you're in town.

Check-in and check-out were a HOT MESS. The girl who checked me in tried to put my cc into the machine while I was actively reading the rate sheet that I had not signed yet! She literally walked around the desk with my cc in her hand and tried to put it in the machine before I realized what she was doing and told her to stop. Who are you to charge my card without asking?? She acted all shocked when I told her to stop, also! Then she told me that I had to park my car on the fourth floor?! When I asked if there was a parking garage (since she told me to park on the 4th floor and I didn't see one), she said "no" and that she "isn't explaining it well because I am new here." That was NOT the problem. She took so long trying to check me in that my husband had the entire car unloaded onto a luggage cart (for a 9-day trip with a 5-year old) and THEN she tells me that we have to drive around the building and that you can't get to the elevator from the front door. WHAT??The pool was a nice feature and we enjoyed the s'mores. The room was comfortable and clean. Bummer that there is no breakfast provided for over $400 a night - egregious cost! The front desk agent at checkout was alone and I stood in line for a good 20 minutes trying to check out. There were only 3 guests in front of me. He was flustered and blaming the computer. I wouldn't stay here again.

The rental place is a solid 15-20 minute walk in ice and snow from the gondola up the mountain and a little slippery while balancing skis and poles since I did not have a car. The gentleman (sorry I don't recall your name!) who took my measurements was very friendly and chatty. Was more than happy to adjust my bindings too. The rental charges is a bit overpriced for a half day though.

Rented four E bikes for the day, absolutely great experience new bikes everything went perfectly the guys working. There were very helpful and nice.

This is a nice hotel in Jackson. But it was really large and was hard to navigate sometimes. And they added on charges that weren't stated/listed upfront. And we're having a hard time getting our deposit done.

After a delayed arrival for my ski boots Ted and Snow King sports was the ONLY place that did a same day mount!!! Ted and Snow King saved the rest of our trip! He had them mounted In less than a half hour from drop off. The Mount job is absolutely amazing and my skis ride great! Can’t thank Snow King Sports enough!
