First time a ever feel like leaving a review, I have live in Jackson for 23 year and I never felt this way about a store , I been looking for ink for my printer for the last 5 days and I can’t never find it , before driving all the way to to store to see if they have in stock I call to ask but they never answer the phone today I stop by again and one of the associates help to look for it on the shelf and then in the back, he took long long to comeback and when he did , he said that they didn’t have it , I asked him and he can check when they will have it in stock or when their next shipment was coming and he responded that the shipment was there already but is till in boxes and probably not out on the shelf’s in till maybe Wednesday :// , and today is only Saturday!!!! I can’t perform my office work because of this , and it’s kind of frustrating

They are always as helpful as they can be. Very cordial and willing to call another person in the shop if further help is needed.

The staff is usually very quick and helpful when you order online. It’s super easy to order, pay and pick up or have it delivered.

My friend Jane & I had an appointment with Chris, the IT Tech, to help us resolve a computer issue. He was exceedingly nice on the phone & then went above & beyond to help us out. He’s an EXCELLENT Representative for Staples!! We will be visiting again for any other needs provided by Staples; but mostly to say hello to Chris!!!
