I have been buying cars from Teton Motors and having them serviced there for nearly 25 years. For all that time, I have been treated as a friend and every point of contact has been first class!I recently purchased a new SUV from Jon Pinardi there, assisted in great part by manager Rick Babicz. The new car had an issue with brakes and both Jon and Rick turned heaven and earth to make sure everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction. It was. I can't imagine another car dealer treating me as well. I shouldn't have expected less but it is always comforting to know that your dealer and sales people have your back.Thank you, gentlemen! It seems loyalty indeed has its rewards.And, just a comment about the service department. Everyone in both Chevy and Subaru service departments is accessible, friendly, responsive and on time with repairs and services. I am a committed and loyal customer.

These guys saved me! I lost the keys for a company car (I know ?), and after finding out the spare wasn’t programmed to the car, I had to get a tow somewhere to fix it. It was early in the evening on Friday and they were about to close down shop for the weekend but thankfully squeezed me in so I could get myself and my athletes back home on Sunday evening. Thank you Bruce, Brian, Jason, and everyone else who stayed a little late to help me out!! Would recommend!

How refreshing to enter a Chevy serviceCenter and feel positive energy as soon as you walk through the door! Even better, the staff communicated efficiently and resolved the 2017 vehicle’s problem more quickly than any service center I’ve used since buying her brand new her many years ago. OK...A/C didn't work in 2023 Yukon XL. Went to Teton Motors. They replace condenser (May 17) that cost me over $1600.00. A/C was very weak when I got car back. I still used it. Some people say the A/C has to kick in after engine running. Didn't really do that. Drove car because thew weather was not very hot and had a lot of work to do. Weather started getting hot. Went to another company to have new trans put in. I wasn't trusting Teton Motor just quite yet. So, I went in (early July) and told Teton Motors the A/C they repaired was not working. Set up appt for the 21st. They questioned why I took so long (2 most) to tell them about it. I left the vehicle that morning g=ut they never got to it, They called me and told me I should replace the cab air filter behind the glove compartment. Why did they not do this? So I did it. A/C still not working so I kept mt 21st appt. Brought it in, they did bot get to it until the next day. Yjey told me it was probably the compressor. Why did they not see this the first time? Then after they looked at it, they told me there was a leak and said I should replace all air conditioner lines in rear that would cost me $2476.00. Christ!!! I asked for my car back. They wanted me to pay for the second diagnostic. I said no. I made an appt for Rexburg Liberty GMC the next weak. I lost trust in Teton Motors. Then the owner was called by someone I know and Teton Motors texts me and sats they made a mistake in the diagnostics and want to make it right, Trusted them once more. Brought it in on the day they said. They didn't get to it the next day and said I have a leak. While I continued to go over there to get answers because they never answer their phone, the service agent called the laborer in the shop and while on speaker he called my vehicle a piece of shit. Whatever !!! They said they were going to give me a huge discount. They got parts for one line and filled the A/C fluid costing me over $1000.00. I paid credit card over the phone. The agent said they didn't charge me the labor. When I got the bill back, they did charge me a second refill of R-1234YF refrigerant fluid at 434.60. That should never been added since they blew missing the leak the first time. I have been over there so many times over a month trying to get this A/C repaired. It was such a run around and a comedy of errors, I won't ever go back there again. I don't even think they gave me a proper "make it right in their eyes" final invoice. These people aren't the only ones unable to do their job properly in this town. I'm not surprised why the world is screwed up and no one really cares about anyone else anymore. I am tired of fighting for what is right. I just walk away nor never to wish to be in the presence of idiocy again. It's easier that way. May lose money doing so but at least I can continue to seek out real people.

We traveled out of state towing our trailer through the mountains to see our son in Jackson, when our engine light went on. Both Bruce and Brian concerned for our safety for our 900 mile journey back home to Arizona (118 degrees) could not in good conscious let us risk breaking down. Both men were extremely professional, polite and extremely busy during the peak tourist season . They addressed our Silverado, found the problem and quickly repaired it. I can't express my appreciation enough for Bruce and Brian along with their skilled team of technicians who made our trip a pleasant experience. THANK YOU!
