We just visited The Cloudveil for the first time over Thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect! We've stayed in many hotels and this one rates at or near the top of any we've visited. The layout, finishes, and amenities of these rooms is going to be hard to beat moving forward. It's the first time I've ever had a room with a hand held steamer provided and the fireplace was extra special. The staff, the restaurant, the lobby, the location in Jackson Hole - all of it was exceptional! We will be back.Rooms: Beautifully appointed.Walkability: It's literally on the downtown Jackson Hole square.Food & drinks: The Bistro is delicious!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. From check in to check out, the staff and accommodations were 5 star quality. What made my stay that much more unique was the over the top experience with the hotel concierge, Hana. Hana is a true asset to the property and went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable and memorable stay in Jackson. You won’t regret staying at the Cloudveil in the heart of Jackson and say “hello” to Hana while you’re at it!Walkability: In the heart of Jackson where there are a multitude of dining and shopping options.

We stayed here in early November 2023 for our wedding, and it was the perfect choice. The rooms are thoughtfully and tastefully designed with spacious bathrooms – all the guests who stayed at the hotel were very happy with both rooms and amenities. There is little that could have been better. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive and the snacks stations at every floor a nice touch. The suite we stayed in was perhaps the nicest room either of us had been in, and we have been frequent travelers on two continents. The food in the bistro was phenomenal as well. I highly recommend The Cloudveil to anyone looking for a friendly, upscale hotel with excellent service.

We stayed here one night on our way up the mountains. I'm not a huge fan of hotels but as far as hotels go this is at the top. If you're going to stay in a hotel, stay in an Autograph Collection Marriott. The room was clean and smelled nice without smelling like chemical cleaners or perfumes. The linens were nice. The lobby was unique to the Jackson Hole area. They had bulk snacks for hikers in the hallways. Not just bags of chips/fruit etc. But bulk trail mix that you could bag up and take with you on your hike, that was a nice touch for this area where everyone is very active/hiking.

Another great experience at an Autograph Collection. While planning our Wyoming trip, there were a few hotel choices for us. We decided on cloud veil because of its location and let's just say best choice ever! Each floor has a snack bar - chips, trail mix, goldfish mix, hot chocolate mix, tea, water stations and La croix. Amazing. They also provide water bottles that became very useful during our hike days!!Service was great. Room was cozy, great bed, large bathroom with lots of vanity space (hard to come by) and the in room fireplace is amazing! Don't look any further, stay at cloud veil!

A few steps from all the action in Jackson. I think the rooms themselves are great. The service is not great; the things you expect at a hotel of this expense are not there and the staff is not very friendly. The Bistro (the hotel on site) is a service nightmare.Like many hotels in this price range, they are always looking to gouge guests in one way or another. The $38/night destination fee is a joke. You get nothing of value for it. One of the touted "benefits" is a lame "pantry" on each hall that consists of water and some trail mix.A lot of this is just about Jackson Hole itself, which is ridiculously expensive and they have a shortage of service workers because no one can afford to work there. However, a $600/night hotel should be better.

Wow, this hotel is such a gem. My husband and I traveled from south Florida for our first Wyoming trip and this property just made our stay so easy. The pathfinders (concierge team), we can't thank them enough - Hanna assisted us with surprising one another with welcome gifts and executed it with her entire team to perfection! Also - this concierge team is a complete amenity - they were able to give us the proper paths of each national park with ease and smiles - I wish they were located at every hotel.James who is a front desk manager in training was so graceful in helping us with a few planning mishaps (not on the hotel, but on my end, thus the needed vacation lol) and was just sooo kind and patient in just working with us. That alone just makes the property a gem when you have employees who work for the guest.Rooms are beautiful and quiet and truly the best part is location, you cannot get more convenient then the Cloudveil. Valet parking available with really really kind and engaged valet staff. You are 20 minutes from the Grand Tetons National Park and roughly 2-2 1/2 from yellow stone and of course, right in the center of the town. Everything, from shopping to the must-see bars and restaurants are steps away.If you have an opportunity, it's worth upgrading the room with the fire places, they were so lovely for the cooler nights and of course a complete romantic essential! We fell in love with Cloudveil and we really hope to make this stay an annual staple for us!

Customer service is a mess. My bill was wrong. They tried to fix it. It was wrong again. After my 3rd phone call to them over a week, it was fixed. Nobody called me back when I left messages. They moved us to another room. We had asked them not to unless it was an upgrade to a suite. I still don't understand why we had 4 different room rates for a 4 night stay. Stupid system.Front desk was no help while we were there. Our friends had jewelry stolen from their room. A police report was filed. My friends are still waiting on a callback for 5 days. The rooms and location are very nice. For $1,000+/night, the front desk and customer service should be much more informative and helpful. They're charging 1st class pricing and not giving anything near 1st class service. I would not go back. There are other choices.

Excellent stay at the Cloudveil Autograph Collection by Marriott. The room was great. Probably the best restroom in a hotel ever. Comfortable bed and excellent Wyoming style western decor. The decor of the room matched Jackson perfectly. I also liked being able to see a little bit of Jackson town square and a Mountain from my second story premier room. The location in Jackson Town Square was great for a quick shopping or dining trip. Room service breakfast was delicious as well. Pickup for our tour of Yellowstone was very quick and easy. Also loved the included pantry for water and snacks on every floor. One of the most unique features in any hotel I have ever been to. The Cloudveil is a home run. The best hotel to stay in Jackson.

A phenomenal property. After a bad experience at Hotel Jackson (worst property in Jackson) we thoroughly were impressed with Cloudveil. It was refreshing to find this place that caters to those in the elite hospitality sector. Well done!

I cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff were outstanding…friendly, accommodating, and professional. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I literally could not wait to sleep each night. The shower was amazing..great pressure and a huge shower head that just felt so good after a day of hiking. The whole hotel smells clean and fresh. The decor is awesome..rustic, unique and beautiful. Our room had a fireplace which was so cozy. It’s in walking distance to everything in town. I feel very spoiled after staying here. I can’t wait to go back someday. It was worth every penny!!!

This is an amazing hotel and we have unforgettable experiences here. I like the fireplace and decorations in the room, cozy and new. And they have free snacks and soft drinks. The breakfast credit for platinum member is generous. Favorite hotel in 2023 so far. Will come back in the future.

Great place to stay in Jackson, Wyoming. I stayed during ski season and the shuttle is very convenient. Your skis can also be stored at the mountain. All staff was fabulous and lobby restaurant/bar excellent.
