Mitch Theriault was my stylist. Not only was she delightful and made sure I was comfortable, she listened to what I wanted, asked great questions - and when I walked out - my hair looked fabulous! The salon is easy to get to in town, great parking nearby, and the inside is very hip! If that's still a thing. Smile. Ask for Mitch.Services: Manicure

I've been styled by Brenda for years and I do not trust anyone more than her to keep my hair modern and she always gives a beautiful, detailed haircut. I always feel welcome at her boutique hair salon, it's quiet and relaxing where she gives you full attention to your experience. If your are a local or resident looking for a modern hair style and a boutique one on one appointment, Brenda is one of the best in downtown Jackson.

Terrible. I would rate it zero but that isn't an option. I tried to make an appointment online, it said it had worked and confirmed my appointment. On the day of the appointment I tried to find there new location but I could not. I called them for directions and the woman who answered the phone said that she "doesn't work on Saturdays" and hung up the phone. I made an appointment for a later date and when I showed up at my confirmed time nobody was there. I gave up and went to the much more accommodating, friendly and professional Sanctuary Day Spa and Salon (located near pearl street bagels, an easy five star). Learn from my mistakes and DO NOT go to Shear Dimensions!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I had my hair cut there once and it was "okay". When I went back the next time, I helplessly sat in the chair while the employees argued over using each others hairspray and other beauty products. Like an idiot, I went back the third time, and after waiting around in town for 30 mins for my appointment, I was asked by the stylist (Karen) to come back in an hour because she was eating lunch. Then I just reluctantly went back the 4th time because I was absolutely desperate and they left me in the lobby for 10 mins while they tried to find the lady who was supposed to be cutting my hair (again, the stylist was Karen, but that horrible owner lady at the front could NOT be worse! Judgmental, mean as hell, etc.).
