First Google review and unfortunately it’s going to be negative! In terms of the actual haircut - it’s fine. I asked for a trim with some layers and face framing. The face framing was noticeably uneven and the layers were slightly too chunky for my taste but I appreciate that others may have different preferences. The reason I’m leaving this review is because of his service; Chad scrolled on his phone (with volume) instead of massaging my hair while I had conditioner in, touched my hair/head quite aggressively to the point of my hoop earring coming undone, consistently vaped essentially in my face, and gossiped extensively about his other clients to the other hair stylist. Tricho clearly has some loyal clients, but I will definitely not be one of them.

Chad is absolutely amazing. He has really restored my hair and made it look and feel so healthy. He also has the magic touch with hair cuts. My hair has never grown so fast after a hair cut.

Alex here. Chad was wonderful to me today and I was very appreciative he took me in after a cancellation for a blowout. He did my hair just beautifully, and yes his washing station is the best! I will be sure to book with him when I’m in town in the future.

I have been going to Chad for 12 years. Every haircut is amazing. I have thick, unruly hair and he knows exactly how to cut it every time. I recommend him to everyone. He will make u look ur best. If there were a doctorate in hair styling/coloring, he’d have it.

I've been to multiple hairdressers in Jackson Hole, always hoping to find someone who truly understands my hair and what I’m looking for. Chad is an incredible hair stylist! I recently got a root touch-up done by him, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Tricho is my favorite salon! I am very particular about who I trust to work on my hair and Chad has been my trusted stylist of choice for over 10 years now. I will travel across the country just to get my hair done by Chad, that's how amazing he is. Being at Tricho is like hanging out at a social hour with a bunch of old friends, everyone is having a good time enjoying themselves. Chad has created a warm and welcoming environment where people feel like they can be themselves, I love that, it's something I've never seen at any other salon. Chad has curated a whole community of awesome people at Tricho, you will go in to get your hair done and you will come out with an incredible do and possibly a few new friends too! 10/10
