Any time I've gone in, the staff have been helpful and kind! A million times better than USPS around here.
However, don't bother calling their number for any help/local info. It routes you to a robot that takes forever to get through, and then takes you to international customer service. Which is not helpful. Don't bother calling this place, you won't be able to get info from anyone who actually is working there in town.

According to the USPS pricing, I was overcharged by the Jackson WY UPS store by about $130 to ship a package by metered mail Ground Advantage! I was ripped off! I’m very upset!

We asked and paid for 9 boxes to be sent to our home with insurance. We were told that insurance of the boxes would be: looking indide the boxes, inserst extra padding and padding on outside the boxes to insure no breakage.
Out of the 9 boxes ONLY 3 had padding. We attempted to contact the store with no resolution.
We are asking for a refund for the service we paid for was not given.
Ship FedEx or some other company.
I do not recommend.

I dropped off two items to be shipped (one was a return set of prescription glasses) - the items were each in an opened box and the store scanned them in with a QR code.
When the packages were delivered, it turns out that the glasses had been replaced with toothpicks, with the return denied. I am now out $250. I've reached out repeatedly to the store manager, Tiffany, and the regional manager, Christian. They didn't bother to return most of my calls or emails after reaching out again and again. A complete lack of accountability or follow through on their end.
Bottom line: don't use this store unless you want your stuff stolen.

This store was not helpful in boxing or shipping a package to Pa. Couldn't come up with the right box. 2 charges, one for boxing and one for sending. Twice the cost of a previous package a year ago. Very disappointed in this store and the young guys working there. Eventually used the UPS distribution center and a local box supply company. They were both helpful and price was much more reasonable.

Unbelievably bad place. I try never to go in here. Needed to send a printer back without packaging. They wanted $200 to put into a box without shipping. The staff are not friendly.

Just came in to drop off something I sold on eBay.Gentleman was very polite and took care of me right away. First time coming here so my review is pretty basic but it looked well kept and the staff were busy working away on getting peoples packages shipped out. Nothing really to complain about. Just watch the parking area as it can get extremely busy there with the Kroger and gas station and people drive a little nuts in front of the store.

Hunter helped us return Amazon orders today and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was packaged correctly, when we hadn’t paid attention to how it needed to be, and was beyond kind and patient. Huge shoutout to Hunter!
