Gosh. I worked there in the early '80s, and we had a crew of hard-working and professional staff working there. Boy, how the times have changed. None of us were rude or slow with customer service. Must be the new Z Generation at work, or not at work but collecting paychecks. Sad.

Janelle was extremely helpful in helping me get a P.O. Box. She’s a very hard worker and definitely makes the USPS a better experience!

The worst post office in the area. In the last two months they lost 3 of my parcels. Very disappointed!

Basic facility. Might have missed it if I weren't really looking for it closely. Ok. It's not busy. I am 2nd in line, but there is only one worker. Line is filing up behind me. Young woman in front of me was having some difficulties trying to get access to a box without a key. $1.32 for 3 stamps for posters to send home to family.

If you plan to pick up your mail at non-peak hours, you don’t have to wait long. Waiting in line is normal at any post office, so a silly thing to give poor reviews on. The people that work here are kind and work their butts off because there is a shortage of help, which is also normal across the country. People who take the time to write aggressive and negative reviews about the hard workers here need to get a life and maybe do some yoga and meditation.

Young Latin guy who works there was trying to prevent people from going in at 4:45pm so he can leave promptly. We've traveled 42 states using 100s different post offices around the country and this was a first. Dude gets paid from our taxes and is afraid of offering service a few minutes after 5pm. What a joke. Get a different job, buddy!!

My packages arrived on 5/19/22. I made 4 attempts at different times to pick them up on 5/20 and 5/21 during posted business hours. There were people working in the back but nobody would assist me at the customer desk. A handwritten sign was posted covering the doorbell for service stating something like 'sorting until ?' I knocked and knocked for several minutes and was scolded by a woman who said I was rude for knocking and she could not assist me. I am traveling through the area and may not be able to obtain my packages before I depart. I did observe several others coming and leaving with the same result.

They have lost my packages multiple times. The first few occasions I gave them credit for understandable mistakes and usually the package finally was found and got back to me. Now they've lost an expensive international package, and while each person who I've talked to had different attitudes, some trying to be helpful, there was enough people who were snippy and dismissive before I even opened my mouth that it made the situation harder than it needed to be. And no one has really cared to make sure that what was going on was communicated well to anyone. This time was NO reason for this mistake and considering all of the past issues it just shouldn't have happened. I even suspect that they are currently lying to me about where it was scanned last, but I don't know for sure due to the poor commutation. ALWAYS use fedex or UPS if You have the option.

This place is an absolute Trainwreck. Every time I have a package there are 40 people in line and ONE EMPLOYEE. 90% of the time the ONE POSTAL WORKER is as rude as they can possibly be. What a complete disaster.

This place is always a mess and unorganized. They really need to come up with actual ways to get people their packages instead of hollering who has a package and then others get skipped online while they waited 20m.

The Jackson USPS station is hanging in there during the pandemic. Mail delivery does not seem to have been greatly affected by Covid. Thanks to all of the postal staff for their efforts during these crazy times.

We have to give props to our postal workers who work hard for us even in the toughest of times. Thank you to all the postal workers throughout our country!
