Mica was so helpful. He acknowledged me when I walked in while helping someone else. When it was my turn he immediately helped me and walked through several options for me. He answered any questions I had. I appreciated all his help in transferring phone data as well as setting up additional perks. Thank you for the help Mica!

This place is amazing! We are currently working with Sark and he is absolutely incredible! We are having issues trying to get my fiances phone transferred to another phone but sticking with Verison and Sark is making our wait well worth it! He is funny and kind and he is pushing to try and have our time sped up and making our experience super enjoyable while we are having issues with Tech Support!! 100/10 recommend him to anyone who is looking to transfer phones!

I had the same experience other 1-star reviewers are describing. My phone stopped working, I went for an upgrade, the representative didn’t know what he was doing (it took 3 trips and 6 hours to transfer my i-cloud storage from my previous device, and I had to figure it out on my own because the Victra representative didn’t know how to do anything), and he told me that I didn’t need to turn in my old phone for the upgrade. 1 week later I received messages from Verizon saying that I needed to turn in my old phone to avoid being billed for equipment charges. I went back to the store yet again, cleared out my old phone, and turned it in; however, Verizon said that they never received it and billed me anyway. To be clear, THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE: it is a pyramid-scheme Victra store that is allowed to serve as indirect Verizon representatives, and it shows. The store usually only has one person working there at any given time, so it can take hours for the person to even get around to “helping” you. Trust me: you are better off driving a few hours to a real Verizon store than you are doing anything at this Victra location. It will save you time overall to deal with real Verizon staff who are directly connected to Verizon.

NEVER GO HERE!! Absolutely the worst experience. I’ve attempted to do business here a few times over the past several years and each time it has been unproductive, yet I still decided to give the store another chance. This time, I delivered my trade-in phone for the recent promotion Verizon held in May. The representative at the store seemed helpful and friendly but actually destroyed my ability to get the trade-in promotion. After assuring me the phone had been registered to my account, I received several notifications that I am being charged $1000 becasue the trade-in phone wasn’t received. After attempting to get answers multiple times at this Store and calling customer service, I discovered the person at the store did not process anything correctly and my phone is lost in the abyss. DO NOT GO HERE!

Genuinely the worst experience possible. I ordered a phone, had to wait a week, went to pick it up and they couldn’t find it. Called the manager for help and he HUNG UP ON ME and turned his phone off. You’d be better off not having a phone than coming here. They’re an affiliate sales place and leadership has NO idea what they’re doing.

Do not go here. Reps will make changes to your account/ plans without your authorization. They will also take stuff you return within 30 days, but will not properly process the return so you end up with equipment charges on your account. This is all obviously so employees dont loose their bonuses for one-upping you. Completely unscrupulous.

We went 2 months ago to get the Verizon home internet, and my plan was changed without my permission and it increased and took off all of my perks I had. Not only that but when we got the internet we never got a receipt so we can’t prove that we returned it when it didn’t work for us. We are now being charged $300 on our bill because he never properly returned the internet device. He said he was the manager and the only one who worked there at the time so there was no one to talk to about his performance.
