“We travel around the US full time and have had bad VCA experiences in the past. My chihuahua tore her dew claw and we called all the other vets first and no one could see her.

Dr. Patterson was able to see her right away and took care of her quickly and nicely. He even talked to me about another issue we're having with our male dog and eased some fears of mine. The whole experience was great and has made me reconsider using VCA in the future.

Dr. P also called and checked on her today, which reminded me to leave this review, AND almost never happens. A random person from the desk maybe, but the actual doctor?! We'll Def be calling for him if we ever need a vet again in JH.”

“While traveling in our Motorhome from Florida with our Shih tzu Molly she became very ill. After many calls to other vets on a saturday without any luck your office told us to bring her in. Unfortunatly we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have her put down.
