The incompetence of this pharmacy is overwhelming. There has not been a single time that a prescription has been ordered by my physician when the physician hasn't had to send the prescription order to Ridley's at LEAST twice. Generally it has been three times. I have been given the wrong instructions on when to take medications two separate times, and the instructions from my doctor were not typed on the prescription labels as they should have been. I had to call my doctor to clarify. I pointed this out to the pharmacist during my next refill, and she said continually, "I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry!" I can only assume that she has made other mistakes, possibly far more significant ones, with other customers. The pharmacy used to employ a gentleman who was very competent and friendly, and I have tried to give the pharmacy the benefit of the doubt for a number of months now, particularly so that I can avoid using a mail-order prescription service through my health insurance. However, the continuous mistakes and negligence made by the Kemmerer Ridley's pharmacy is just too much. I have had all of my family's maintenance medications transferred to mail-order and will not work with Ridley's again unless they are an absolute last resort.
