Had a blow out on my 5th wheel trailer on my way to northern WY. Ultimately needed 4 new tires. Caught them as they were about to go to lunch. They stuck around, replaced all 4 tires and helped me pick much better tires for my trailer application. Big-O sold me my last set and put on a poorly speed rated tire! These guys were fantastic! I only wish we lived closer we could you use them for all of our automotive needs. Thank you!!

Do not use this shop for any reason ever. I have never been treated so rudely by someone I’ve paid so much money to. I dropped my F150 off on Sept 6. The diagnosis wasn’t down until Sept 10. I was told the parts would be in and repairs done by Sept 26. On Sept 28th I got a call saying the problem was worse then Shane thought and needed a massive change to the problem. I decided to not use Shane because the cost difference was more then half and I can do the work. I was told my truck would be ready for pick up that Saturday, then another text from him saying the next Wednesday, it’s now the Friday after and I have my truck. When I said I would be doing the work myself Shane’s first question was “how can you guarantee the quality of work being done?”I was told $500 on the phone and when I showed up the total was $700. I asked why the difference and immediately was told to give my keys back and Shane was calling the cops. I hadn’t left his property, I had not even moved outside. The response I had any time I asked why i was waiting still was that he had scheduling conflicts. Everytime my truck was put further down the line. I will never recommend or use these services again. I would rather abandon a vehicle then take it to Shane.Services: Engine repair

I was in the area for work when my truck started making an incredibly loud noise. The local dealer told me that they were three weeks out, but gave me the number for the Auto Medic. I called, and was told they were backed up as well. After giving my sob story, They agreed to let me bring the truck down and they would look to see if it was safe to drive . It turned out that the truck wasn't going to get me home in the current state. Long story short, they agreed to get my truck in the shop. I have never experienced such transparency with a mechanic. All work that needed to be done was explained thoroughly, and I had no surprises with the invoice. Very professional guys, and great communication. So thankful for the help.
