“I dropped into Lander and Gannett Peak Sports during the Trans Am Bike Race. I had a ticking noise that was gradually getting worse. Ed greeted me at the door, listened to my issue and very patiently went about eliminating possible culprits. I felt it was the bottom bracket but he was very professional and wanted to do a thorough check of the bike. He was very respectful of my bike and asked me for specific information about the components I was using when he needed to. He found the problem was with the drive side BB bearing, and although didn’t have a replacement BB, he was able to identify the size of the bearing and replace it. He also checked with me if I needed anything else whilst I was there and topped up my sealant.

The important thing is he understood my urgency, prioritised me, worked methodically and consulted me when necessary - all in all one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a bike shop.”

“Called the shop to get the dirt on the local trail conditions as I was visiting a buddy. Jeff picked up and gave us the local scoop. Ended up stopping by the shop before we rode trail for the day. Jeff is awesome. His shop is great. Picked up an extra layer (and needed it too) for the day.
Ended up having an outright banger of a day with the advice given. 20 miles of pure smiles.
