We've been taking our cars to Valley Auto for more than a decade. We buy and hold our vehicles, and Jerry's careful attention has made that possible. We had a Dodge Caravan that got more than 400,000 miles on it. Our old F150 has 350,000 and is going strong. Of course we're taking our new truck there too!We have always had great service from the crew at Valley Auto, and recommend them to family and friends.

Krin was great and easy to work with. Our shed was delivered quickly and we were very happy with the service. We love our little shed!

Krin and John were extremely helpful and were the main reason we picked a Montana Shed. John went out of his way to put the shed exactly where we wanted it Great structure and Great People.

DO NOT GO TO VALLEY AUTO (Lander, WY). Owner Jerry Johnson is a weasel. He said he could work on my truck, kept it for three weeks, then called and told me to pick it up because he "had hit a wall mentally" and could no longer work on it. I paid $250 towing to get it there and another $250 to get it back so he cost me $500 and did nothing. His numerous excuses were; he didn't have time, did not have the mechanics, and he had Covid. Although, Covid did not prevent him from going Antelope hunting for a week before he told me to get my truck off his lot. This was a simple transmission remove and replace. Obviously, he is only capable of minor repair (doubtful from previous reviews) and unqualified and incapable of doing competent work. After the fact, I started hearing local say they had nothing good to say about him or his business. This guy has NO BUSINESS MORALS.

Went to look at trailer that was on the website, got there sign on building said they were in shop no one was there, waited till a woman came out, she was super rude... asked her about the trailer cause it wasn’t on the lot had no idea, was no help at all. Called the number on building and the trailer was sold over a month ago. Would’ve been nice to know since we drove a ways to look at it. 0/10 service 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I bought a 1st gen dodge from them almost a year ago. He guaranteed it to be a solid truck. Said it ran great other than the steering and I already know the steering sleeve wears out often on them. I bought it and attempted to drive it home to Douglas from lander. I broke down twice. I figured ok it's a used vehicle I'll get it home and go from there. Ive yet to be able to use it as it still being worked on in a local diesel shop. I'm now almost 6000.00 into just making it run. With no help or concern from cowboy auto sales. Be very cautious if you dare to consider them.

Just be sceptical of buying a vehicle, he sold me a dodge diesel p/u truck, ran great on test drive, but broke down twice going home, has a cracked head and has to have new radiator and hoses and transmission lost reverse, just driving it home. Still haven't used it 6 months later. Costs more to fix it then what I bought it for.

We bought a new Logan LQ from another dealer in Idaho. Cowboy sales was the dealership who arranged everything. We purchased this trailer in mid November. We had great customer service up till signing for the trailer. We have been trying for over a month to get a generator for our trailer. Sometimes we will go without hearing from anyone and others it is a complete run-around. The dealership in Idaho says they haven't heard anything. I did speak with the dealership from Idaho while at the NFR and was promised everything was coming. We still have not heard from anyone. Here we are one week out from not being able to use our trailer due to the temp tags about to expire, because we have not received our title. I should not have to beg for them to take more of my money, for something we keep asking about. Highly disappointed.

Valley Auto claims to be the local expert on Ford trucks so I brought my 2005 Ford F150 in because the 4 wheel drive was not working. They informed me that I needed a new wheel hub and actuator on the drivers side. They charged me $750 to install both parts and declared the problem fixed. No warning lights were on so I took their word for it. A few months later when I had my rotors and breaks replaced by another mechanic he noticed that the passenger hub was engaged with the 4 wheel drive when it shouldnt be and the drivers side would not engage when put in 4 wheel drive. I took it back to valley auto fully expecting they would address the issue since I already paid them to do it and they claimed that it wasnt their problem and wanted to be paid again for the repair. Too bad they decided to choose to throw a good paying customer under the bus instead of honoring their agreement. I wont be returning there. Do not recommend anyone else go there either.
