Elemental Performance + Fitness is a neat, clean, and spacious gym. It is well-equipped with a large amount and variety of quality equipment, including many different cardio machines. The facility also features a bouldering gym. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and lovely. The gym offers a $5 shower service with hot water, high pressure, and provided towels, though the stall is noted as tiny. The overall environment is impressive and highly recommended for a visit.
SHOWERS: $12, as they now require a day pass purchase. Other places in town were $10. But we enjoyed stretching and using other gym amenities with the shower so imo a better deal. Towels included

Great bouldering gym and great staff. Very reasonable day pass pricing. Good for beginners through advanced climbers. I WILL BE BACK!

Lots of kettlebells, not many free weights. Good atmosphere
