Owner will tell you one thing over the phone and when that doesn't check out she will blame her computer system. She has no respect for customers let alone the capacity for compassion in her field. If you should disagree with her she will yell at you, and come out from behind the counter to get in your face. Regardless of your physical health conditions that landed you in the pharmacy to begin with.

I was humiliated by staff and accused of stealing from the store. I went in to look at how much a cd would cost so I could transfer my senior pictures. There was a printed recipt that I took and looked at and it was not mine so I was gonna take it to the trash. I will never go back again.

Holy guac I love this pharmacy!!! Talk about being on the patients side. Shout out to Dove whom explained an ongoing insurance/medication issue better the my insurance company could!!! I've been picking up meds for quite over 2 decades and have never had such a wonderful experience as dealing with the women at Palace Pharmacy. Safeway can take a hike, my business will be with Palace.

This place profiles Natives, especially Native children. I don't recommend shopping here EVER! I am disgusted and ashamed I spent my money at such a blatantly racist establishment. I will surely be spreading the word to all of the tribal entities and families about Palace Pharmacy. DONT SHOP WHERE NATIVES ARENT WANTED! I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE IT ONE STAR BUT YOU CANT POST WITHOUT ONE.

Palace Pharmacy is a great place to shop, get your vaccinations. Jolene has the best ice cream fountain with all you ice cream needs. Come down and meet her wonderful staff. Very friendly!!’

VERRY expensive, the employees are very rude, and could care less to make a decent conversation with customers. TERRIBLE customer service. Pharmacy is a wreck, rude pharmacy techs. The pharmacist acts as though she is better than everyone, and is rude to customers. Not recommend.

Beautiful place! Man if you need anything or and odd gift for someone they have the lot of it. Jewelry, toys,hand made candy, other hand made things people bring in. It's a cool place to shop, not just for meds either.

Amazing. Wish I had gone here before Safeway. Free delivery, an app, and easy payment. Exactly the kind of service expected during Covid. I needed one prescription filled quickly and it was delivered to my house within hrs. Emily was extremely courteous and went above and beyond.

I've never had a bad experience with Palace and I've been going here for the past 25 years. I needed a prescription filled just before closing time but Bruce was extremely courteous and helpful despite my rush to beat the clock. I somehow wish I could better understand the circumstances of the negative reviews more clearly. It sounds as if there may be a lot more to the reviewers experience. Support your local pharmacy if you enjoy living in this small town...somehow going to Walmart does not seem too appealing.
