I go here every year to get my taxes done. Well this year NOT GOOD! I done my taxes on the 4th if feb. I shldv purchased the PEACE OF MIND plan. They gave IRS wrong acct # I had to go BACK IN AND SIGN AGAIN AND TAKE ANOTHER BLANK CHECK so now instead of gettn my taxes on 2-25-21 I'm having to wait longer. I called them and let em know what's going on, a lady was so eager to help fix the problem thinking I wld get my taxes 2 days later well not happening either. I called to check to see if everything is good on their end and they faxed my stuff in but the lady said there's alot happening this year that's NOT going well. That was uneasy to hear. So I suggest buy the PEACE OF MIND PLAN I will for sure to do next year!!
