Service was slow and we were just getting a bag or chexs mix and Ice cream. One of our cups was touched with an unloved hand and the ice cream has a weird dry texture.

Was very nice to other ppl but very rude when it came to me? didn’t say nothing, yet grabbed my money. Don’t work in a customer service place if attitude is an issue ?
