15/10 stars for Jenna Declue!! This girl and her friend were amazing and went above and beyond to make my special day even more special. My bridal party and I got our hair done for my wedding, and it was incredible! We looked amazing! Such a wonderful, kind, and talented person! We felt like we were family. Before the wedding, I also went in for a hair cut and highlights and I have gotten so many compliments. Seriously can't recommend Jenna enough!

If I could give negative stars I would. I called two weeks ago to make an appointment for my Mom for her Mother's Day gift, she had never been to a spa day before. I got a call 30 minutes before her appoinment (Sha had to drive from Dubois) that their facial machine was down. Turns out the lady that was supposed to take care of her didn't even show up! So when I tried to make it so she could still get her nails done, no one was even there to do it. Horrible service and unbelievably unprofessional, will never be (trying!) to come back.

Excellent services!!Had one of the most wonderful experiences with Dan Sanchez!! He performed ear piercing and had the greatest follow-up to my healing process! Ask for *Dan* - He did an amazing job! I hadn't had a professional haircut since pre-pandemic (~3 years) and had been trimming my own (long, straight, fine) hair. Unsurprisingly this created something of a mess on my head. I've been growing it out after a bad perm experience in 2018 and was really reluctant to part with length. Dan found a way to even me out and make it look soft and pretty. He was thoughtful and communicative, offered his opinion but made sure to talk me through and showed me in the mirror what he'd be doing before he snipped. He also took care to see how my hair naturally falls and angled it accordingly, looked for little details (like whether some old layers were still present and needed cleaning up), and then he actually styled it the way I like it instead of doing a bunch of unsolicited flat-iron stuff that I often got back when I went to the salon. It was a great haircut because it looks like *ME*, just a cleaner version. If I lived here, I'd go see him every six weeks like we're supposed to. Can't recommend enough.Service: Haircut

Had a wonderful experience at this salon. I got a great haircut that was a total change in look. Nicole did a terrific job, was patient and explained how I could style it myself. She was patient with all my questions. The atmosphere was pleasant and it was all around a good experience. Also Nicole went out of her way to work me in with a last minute appt. Definitely will be returning.
