“We had a huge issue with our van while up in Lander and we couldn’t find a shop to get us in within their normal appointments. We also have a vehicle that not all shops work on. We called Bailey and Jaime worked us in not just one day but two days in a row to fix multiple things. They even had to rewire some aftermarket wiring that was messed up near the engine. Also they’re incredibly affordable!!! So thankful for great service and helpful folks there to get us back on the road.”
“Had a blow out on my 5th wheel trailer on my way to northern WY. Ultimately needed 4 new tires. Caught them as they were about to go to lunch. They stuck around, replaced all 4 tires and helped me pick much better tires for my trailer application. Big-O sold me my last set and put on a poorly speed rated tire! These guys were fantastic!
