I just got my oil changed at Valley Automotive and it was truly the best experience I've ever had. Everyone was so friendly, so kind, so helpful...they did a GREAT job with my truck, and what's more - they gave me a ride to town in the morning and dropped off my truck once they were finished. The best service I've ever received! Highly recommend and will be going back :)

Great, honest place! I went to school with one of their sons and have been going there for years. My entire family now relies on Valley Auto, they’ve never done us wrong. Brought Rams, Jeeps, Mustangs, and Nissans in. Just put a new grille guard on, in and out in no time.

Came here to fix our AC problem in our family van. Problem was not fixed and the guy charged us $290 for labor, he only worked on it for like 20 mins. This place is a joke, go somewhere else if you can!

I recently had my 7.3 F350 truck serviced at Valley Automotive in Lander, Wyoming, and I couldn't be more impressed. The employees here are top-notch mechanics who really know their stuff. They provide excellent customer service, making you feel valued and well taken care of from start to finish.
What really sets them apart is their speed and honesty. They completed the work on my truck exceptionally fast, and I never once felt like I was being upsold or misled. It's clear that their primary goal is to get you back on the road safely and efficiently.
The shop itself is clean and organized, which only adds to the overall positive experience. It's evident that the team takes pride in their work and their workplace.
I'll always use Valley Automotive for all my truck maintenance and repair needs. Highly recommended!

We've been taking our cars to Valley Auto for more than a decade. We buy and hold our vehicles, and Jerry's careful attention has made that possible. We had a Dodge Caravan that got more than 400,000 miles on it. Our old F150 has 350,000 and is going strong. Of course we're taking our new truck there too!We have always had great service from the crew at Valley Auto, and recommend them to family and friends.

I came in to talk with them about an intermittent problem I'm having with my ABS. I was impressed by their knowledge and customer service, and I was doubly impressed by their honesty in telling me that it would be a waste of money to have them diagnose the problem at the moment, since after our conversation it was obvious that until the problem appeared again, there was no good way to hunt it down.When I do have issues, this is the outfit I'm coming to. Particular shout-out to Steve who actually took a few minutes to look at things, and give me a couple ideas.
