I've never had such a horrible experience as I've had with the manager (long bearded guy) of this location. Went in to get some help with my new phone. I told him what the issue was and he asked if I had purchased the phones here. I stated no, that because we transferred from Verizon to AT&T we preferred to go through a corporate store since it was our business account and we felt it better to do the transfer in the corporate store. We also just happened to be in Denver at the time we decided to make the change.The comment that was made by the store manager was mind blowing. He stated "So...you get your phones through corporate, but you come to us for help??" I was flabbergasted! I have never had someone respond in such a way. His reasoning of why should he help me if I went through corporate is absurd. A new customer to AT&T and this was what I had to deal with. I asked for his store owners name and he would not give it to me.I went to Cheyenne and met with the nicest man named Carlos who was able to fix my problem in a matter of 2 minutes!! Now that is customer service. The Laramie store has lost my business and the business that my family would have brought in. Just because we bought from corporate doesn't mean that I won't need accessories, or add phone lines to my existing account. Do better Laramie location. Maybe send your manager to some training schools on the proper way to interact with clients and potential clients.

The guys here are amazing. Verizon was charging me $120.00 for only the service, not even a phone and just me alone on the plan. They got me set up for an amazing plan for only $65 a month. Then my wife wanted to get on the plan and so we decided to upgrade our phones as well. They explain everything from billing, to the phone specs perfectly so we understand and they told me honestly how much I would be looking at paying each month. We ran into a snag with porting her number but they worked hard at getting it done and amazingly made it happen! These guys are phenomenal at what they do and are honest which is hard to find in any cellular store. if you're thinking of kicking Verizon to the curb, come see these guys they'll get you taken care of.

I had a problem with my new iphone charging with my older charging brick and cable. Adrian pointed out that I need to purchase a USB - C brick and cable and stated that if I bought them at the store he would throw in a car charger for free. Since I needed charging accessories to use my phone I agreed and expressed my appreciation for the freebie. He selected the items off the wall for me and pointed out that he was giving me a car charger with a cable included. I thanked him again. When I got home and looked at my receipt I found that what I had been given for free was the $20 charging brick not the $35 car charger and cable. When I called the store to bring this to his attention, he mentioned that it is always the cheapest item that is free and I pointed out that I was told I would receive the car charger for free. His response was that the car charger I should have received was $24, so I essentially received it for free. I reminded him that he pulled the $35 item off the shelf and delibrately pointed out to me that he was giving me the one with a cable, thus more expensive. He told me I would have to come in the next day for an exchange and refund because there wasn't a manager in the store.When I went in the next day, the manager was willing to help me with an exchange and a refund, however did not acknowledge that my experience was problematic rather repeated that it is always the cheapest item that was free. He still did not acknowledge the lack of integrity in the situation when I reiterated that his employee stated I would get the car charger for free and his employee took the accessory off the shelf and handed it to me stating he was giving me the one with the cable. Rather the manager said, "we don't get paid more based on what we sell." This non-sequeter caused me to look up if AT&T employees get commission based on their sales and indeed they do - so they do get paid more based on what they sell.I wish for my local AT&T store to provide a more honest experience. When there is only one choice within a reasonable drive to take care of my phone and phone service needs, I will certainly walk into the store with my guard up next time.
