“I had driven from Green River to Laramie to assist in a mock trial for the law students. Not far from Laramie exit, the pickup in front of me hit a tire rubber and spun it back to me. With nowhere to go, it went under my Sienna van. Thinking I had skirted an issue, as my daughter and I got into Laramie I started hearing a scraping sound from the front and knew I had an issue. This business was so kind that I called. They said to come by and they'd look at it and MAYBE they could get it fixable to get me back to Green River later. I went by and I was immediately assisted by the manager who had an employee clean up the bottom by cutting and pulling out things, zip tieing to help stabilize the front end and would not take payment for the work. That's some good customer service! If anyone has an issue and needs body work, go visit this company. If they'll take care of me like this, you know they'll take care of your vehicle! Thank you!”

“I had a ten cent air fitting fail and shut my semi down in a blizzard. Went to four different places trying to find it and no luck. Came here in a last ditch effort and they helped me get it. Then I lost the fitting trying to put it on and they just gave me a new one, they also got on their computer and gave me the weather report to find me the best route around the weather. Extremely nice guys and worked very hard for their ten cents. Thank you so much!”

“I needed a new battery for my pickup. I went to NAPA after multiple people had recommended them to me. After getting a jump start, I drove to the store. They had a battery that cost about a third of what I expected it would be. The staff installed the battery for me and disposed of the old one. The people were friendly and helpful.”
