“I had my engine seize up and they took me in regardless of their booked schedule. Dave, Jason, and Landon all dealt with my insurance adjuster being completely worthless and helped to get photo and video evidence so I could get my claim moving along.”
“I picked Les Schwab after years of good service in Northern CA. Now I’m a full time RV traveler with my wife, 4 pets and a fifth wheel. James got us setup for an early morning appt to replace the fifth wheel tires. The price was great and included the road hazard warranty. We also got metal valve stems. We were quickly on our way with higher rated tires, the Matrix. These are clear upgrade. These are replacing a set of Goodyears that had two tires with belt separation. We got into Arizona and picked up a nail in the sidewall. The Les Schwab road hazard warranty was handy. James arranged for a replacement tire to be shipped to my winter RV park in southern AZ. All thru this James continues to provide excellent customer service and support. The Laramie store is downtown with easy access even for a trailer. Happy Trails??️?️”

“I have traveled through Laramie many times in the past 5 years, and in a variety of vehicles. The most recent trips this year required three appointments on different occasions to address oil changes, a tire rotation, and a new radiator on a Chevy Silverado 6.0L. I used the mobile service since the shop had limited availability and they came to my location first thing in the morning. All of the services were done on site except the changing of the radiator, and the truck was pulled into the shop as soon as I could get it there. The mobile service tech was knowledgeable and friendly, and very willing to take care of everything I needed for my out of state travels. When I took my vehicle into the shop, they did a full travel check, worked me in as quickly as possible, and explained the cost of services and options very clearly. All businesses have problems, bad days, and make mistakes. These appointments could have been a struggle too, but the level of communication and patience I witnessed made the process seem effortless. I will be using Laramie Range Ford as my service location anytime I'm in Laramie. The mobile service was fantastic!”

“My roommate was driving from Utah to Wisconsin and the car started smoking, he was able to make it to this location and they were such a huge help. Able to get the part needed and work done and have him back on the road within a few hours. Also the employees were so nice and had helpful information with pricing and timeframe. Definitely not wanting car issues on a road trip but I couldn't be more thankful that we were able to get him here and the care they provided him.”
“If I could give more the 5*s I would a million times over!! My daughter, son in law, and granddaughter broke down just outside of Larime the day before Thanksgiving head home to Oklahoma after visit family in Washington.. after speaking over the phone with several mechanics all which where very rude and most refused help since I ( trying to help and pay for whatever the cost would be to get them home in time for the holiday) was in another state.. I call Aaron and he was the most helpful pleasant people to talk to and went above and beyond to help me for Oklahoma... and I will be forever grateful!! Again 5000*s over 5 anyday!anyway!! “Gem Auto Service is now the Only Garage I will ever use again. Their Honesty and Integrity are Incredible. I recently had another Garage (in Colorado) tell me I needed a Lot of Expensive work done on my vehicle they gave me an outrageous quote for the work and I came home to Laramie and called a couple places for quotes on the work I was told I needed. Gem was about $500 less than the 1st place to start. So I took my vehicle in left it with them just to get a call from Jason telling me there was nothing wrong with Any of the parts I asked for and he ordered in. That there was a different part we should watch but I didn't need anything done right now. They could have easily just done the work i thought i needed and made a couple thousand dollars off me but he told me he couldn't in good conscience do something I didn't need. I am SO impressed with them I highly recommend Jason, Chris, & Mike for any work you need done!”

“I was so stressed about finding a mechanic in Laramie for my daughter's car. She is a student at UW and I am 400 miles away. I have had very bad experiences with mechanics and was on a very tight budget.Austin at Hometown Garage was SO nice and not only did an excellent job with the repair, but also did it in a blink! He was upfront and HONEST about cost from start to finish. I am so happy and I feel a huge sense of relief! Will definitely use them for all services and/or repairs while my daughter is going to school there.”

“Good vibes is a very good shop, I recommend taking your vehicle in at this shop, I took my truck in to AAMCO for warranty work on a turbo, and they did the opposite, nothing got fixed there, they did not reprogram my ECM. Then ended up taking my truck into the dealership, they were trying to charge me $900 for a diag, good vibes did a diag and immediately found the issue, for a waaaay better price. Good work, and good prices.”

“Laramie Range Ford provide exception customer service to me. On 17 December I was headed from Nebraska to Idaho for Xmas. Had head winds of 70+ mph from Cheyenne to Laramie and my truck start acting up and had a flashing check engine light that went solid. I decided to stop in Laramie before continuing. Stoped in at Laramie Range at 5:40 pm. Roger was the service advisor. I explained the issue and he said he thought they could help. Even though they close at 6:00 pm he had a tech come out and check codes on my truck. It showed a misfire condition. roger was more than helpful at this point and scheduled an appointment for me the next morning at 8:30 am. We discussed that I had prior issues with the coil packs and had them replace within the last 2 years. I contacted my local Ford Dealer in Nebraska and they emailed me my prior service record on the coil packs. The tech was able to isolate the bad coil pack and they replaced it. They also were able to do all of the work under warranty and the service work cost me nothing. Pretty amazing customer service and I was very impressed with them getting me in so quickly. Made the rest of the trip without incident. Then I had a surprise that I have never experienced before. I received a phone call from Roger, the service advisor to just check on me and assure that I had no more problems. They went way above and beyond any expectations I have ever had for dealer service.”

Our car died on a super cold afternoon and he showed up very quickly and got us set up with a repair shop and safely home- he went above and beyond to make sure we were good.
