“The dealership diagnosed various issues that would need $4000 in parts and labor. Jordan did it for $500. He figured out a simple gasket replacement for my power steering fluid leaking rack and pinion - rather than replace the whole unit, which the dealership quoted.
Jordan looks out for his costumers and saves them money (he says he 'tries' to save his costumers money - he saved me $3500 / $4000 ... need I say more?!?)

“I have traveled through Laramie many times in the past 5 years, and in a variety of vehicles. The most recent trips this year required three appointments on different occasions to address oil changes, a tire rotation, and a new radiator on a Chevy Silverado 6.0L. I used the mobile service since the shop had limited availability and they came to my location first thing in the morning. All of the services were done on site except the changing of the radiator, and the truck was pulled into the shop as soon as I could get it there. The mobile service tech was knowledgeable and friendly, and very willing to take care of everything I needed for my out of state travels. When I took my vehicle into the shop, they did a full travel check, worked me in as quickly as possible, and explained the cost of services and options very clearly. All businesses have problems, bad days, and make mistakes. These appointments could have been a struggle too, but the level of communication and patience I witnessed made the process seem effortless. I will be using Laramie Range Ford as my service location anytime I'm in Laramie. The mobile service was fantastic!”

I have had very bad experiences with mechanics and was on a very tight budget.Austin at Hometown Garage was SO nice and not only did an excellent job with the repair, but also did it in a blink! He was upfront and HONEST about cost from start to finish. I am so happy and I feel a huge sense of relief! Will definitely use them for all services and/or repairs while my daughter is going to school there.”

We came in after overheating on the 287 climb from CO and they were able to get the car inspected immediately and scheduled quickly despite coming in the Friday before a holiday weekend. They did not upsell unnecessary tests and instead reduced tests and labor as they were performing inspections and increasing their confidence in the issue. “I came in for a radiator flush because it was overheating. The did what I asked and did it quickly. They also took the time to drive it around a bit to verify, but the thermostat was also failing. The put a new one in and filled up the coolant in the time that it took me to get a haircut. They did a great job for a reasonable price. And Ella was awesome.”
“My tire light turned on driving the interstate (heading to Cheyenne). I pulled into laramie Walmart tire 6:55 pm. My truck full of crap and spare was flat but they changed it. The lady even spent time telling me about my tire and i may need a new one because driving on the walls breaks it down. I'm so thankful for you all and your help in making my drive safer to Cheyenne! Plus, being so pleasant and teaching me what i needed to know. 😀”
