I called these guys at about 4:59 before they closed. They understood the situation and two guys stopped on their way home to check out the car. “In mid-December, 2023, I ordered a 2024 Chevy 2500HD pickup truck from Laramie GM Auto Center. The new vehicle sales manager, Mike VanVleet, worked with me to select the particular trim level and accessories. He was very patient with me and told me it would perhaps take 3 months or more for the pickup to be delivered. The sales associate, Austin Howells, called me in late January and informed me that the pickup had been built and would be delivered to Laramie by mid-February. Austin called again in early February and informed me that the pickup had been delivered. On February 7, I travelled to Laramie to finalize the deal. Again, Mike gave me a final price that included discounts that he had mentioned might be available. I appreciate Mike's sincerity. Austin then connected me to the parts department so I could select a bed cover. The young man there was very knowledgeable. Hopefully, when that bed cover is installed, I can soon pick up my new pickup. I am very satisfied with my purchase at Laramie GM.”
“My son was driving home from Salt Lake to Denver and broke about 40 miles out of Laramie. I did a google search and by good fortune I found VDR Foreign Auto. Spoke with a very helpful individual named Adam. I got his info as to where to have AAA tow our car to. Adam had someone stay until 9:00 pm to take our car in. I called Adam the following morning to see what the diagnosis was and what it would cost to repair. Unfortunately after 240,000 miles the engine gave out. After being able to make a timely appointment with Becks, they efficiently replaced it for $200! They even checked my other wheel bearings and cleared them. My car is driving so much better now. I used the mobile service since the shop had limited availability and they came to my location first thing in the morning. All of the services were done on site except the changing of the radiator, and the truck was pulled into the shop as soon as I could get it there. The mobile service tech was knowledgeable and friendly, and very willing to take care of everything I needed for my out of state travels. When I took my vehicle into the shop, they did a full travel check, worked me in as quickly as possible, and explained the cost of services and options very clearly. All businesses have problems, bad days, and make mistakes. These appointments could have been a struggle too, but the level of communication and patience I witnessed made the process seem effortless. I will be using Laramie Range Ford as my service location anytime I'm in Laramie. The mobile service was fantastic!”
