Just kinda rude people. When you go inside and stand at the counter they ignore you until they finish their conversations.

This "Big D Exxon" is now "Big D Sinclair*" and is an otherwise acceptable gas station on a busy corner in Laramie. It had the least expensive fuel in the area according to GasBuddy as so that was why I stopped in. The fuel flowed just fine and I I had no need to go into the station. [Review 17824 overall - 33 in Wyoming - 1345 of 2022.] * I reported it. Yelp said it's fine. Whatever.

If you own a busy store and gas mart at the busiest intersection in Laramie, and you're going to employ "addled" kids for the counter, you might as well send them through a diversion program first.

Everytime we go in the manager there is always rude and constantly rolls her eyes when a customer walks in. I won't be back. I will take my business elsewhere to somewhere that has good customer service and appreciates getting business.

This gas station is DISGUSTING! Smelly, unclean bathrooms. The entire coffee station is sticky and dusty. Fountain drink machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed a decade ago. Bought a bag of ice for $3 and had to dig through the freezer outside to find a bag that was actually full. I don’t know why anyone uses their terrible car wash either. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I filled up my gas tank as I normally do here and decided to take advantage of the $1.99 gold car wash since my car was dirty and the water barely turned on but the cloth turning washers beat my car so harshly that my new black Jeep's paint was destroyed. Thanks for screwing up my paint job on my brand new Jeep. DO NOT WASH YOUR car here. I don't know if the paint on my car can be repaired and I may pursue reimbursement or legal action depending on what the car detailers say

This place is huge. I've never stopped at one before but, I'll certainly look for them as we travel. They have all kinds of gift, hunting items and a large assortment of drinks and snacks. The fuel prices were also the lowest in the area by as much as $.10 a gallon.
