My iPhone Otterbox glass was a mess. Hard to see through. Ryan replaced it in 15 minutes and it’s like a have a new phone. Owner is friendly, conscientious and skilled. Highly recommend this place!

Great Downtown Laramie resource for screen repair, screen protectors and fixes. I am a longtime customer, and used to be one of the most frequent customers because I am clumsy. Ryan is friendly and fair and extremely knowledgeable. He tells you when he can't fix something, explains things clearly, and saves you a lot of time & headache when he can. He also gives great advice- like "please get yourself a more protective phone case". Tidy store and there's a cute store pup too.

A breath of fresh air to meet a business that is honest in this day an age. I had a busted iPhone and after a horrible experience with the data carrier I walked into digital doctors, he told me honestly that he could not fix it but told me where I could buy a new phone in my budget! They offer great prices on phone cases and screen protectors as well.

Brought my IPhone 13 in with a WiFi and Bluetooth issue. He had the parts that could have fixed it, and charged me a ton of money for it to “possibly” work. Instead he chose to push me in another direction. A direction that didn’t involve any benefit to him. Upfront, honest and professional, truly a breath of fresh air compared to most people who professionalize in cracking open phones. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for help or to gain an honest, professional opinion.

Had a critical display issue with my phone. Even though it was an older model, the staff was able to figure something out and repair it very quickly. They even threw a stylus compatible with my phone in free of charge on an already reasonable price for repair! Digital doctors epitomizes good customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of electronics repair in Albany county.

These people do great work! I walked in and 35 minutes later walked out with what looked like a new phone! They had case and protector accessories to protect my phone as well. Very personable staff and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone with damaged devices.

I ran my Samsung 22 ultra over with my car.I was so upset. Ryan looked my phone over and thought he could fix it! The part arrived the next day and I'm leaving this review from my phone. It's like brand new and I couldn't be more satisfied!

They truly are miracle workers! My phone was ran over crushed slightly bent. They fixed the screen so I could get my data off my phone. They gave multiple options for the replacement part and repair so I could choose the best options and price for the part. Highly recommend and would use thier services again.

I recently dropped my phone in a ditch and it had water damage and stopped working for two days. Ryan was very helpful to dry out my phone and he was able to get it working again when I had lost hope of being able to retrieve information. My phone is working great right now. I highly recommend this repair shop! Ryan is great!
